  1. Owuwu Owu: "Then let us not waste anymore time. Bring palm against palm, as our warriors spill each other's blood, let this fight: BEGIN!"
  2. Delesta Dorel: Delesta eyes her opponent carefully, a slow walk around O’kori’s shield side. Circling, much like a Coeurl would to their prey as she lets the the tension of inaction build between them. Each circling step inched her closer, a slowly closing orbit upon O’kori’s form until she was at her sweet spot, a sudden spring into action as she charged forward. One, two, three lunging steps at full power before she jumped in a high arc, well high for the speed at which she was moving forward.
  3. Delesta Dorel: both feet raised up and kicked downward as a double foot dropkick came crashing down toward the other. Feet crash upon the upper part of the shield, her torso tucking forward as her knees bend after contact is made as she continued forward past O’kori’s defensive form and hits the ground in a roll. Her right foot extends and digs into the ground to stop the momentum, her whole form turning and her head snapping to focus upon O’kori in anticipation of a counter attack.
  4. O'kori Kett: Kori made sure she never had her back to the fistfighter, turning in place to match her circling, keeping her shield at the ready. When Delesta finally springs, she braces for impact—only to be surprised when she jumps over her. She quickly spins in an arc with her sword extended, wanting to keep her distance and take advantage of her blade’s reach. The move was more for show than any hope of actually hitting, just enough for her to face Delesta again. --
  5. O'kori Kett: She'd seen the pugilist fight before, and knew hiding behind her shield would accomplish nothing, so instead she moves into a modified stance, shield angled outward as if it were a second weapon.
  6. Owuwu Owu: "Let every young woman in Ul'dah be inspired by these two strong gladiators! Let them know that they can fight twice as fierce as any man!"
  7. Delesta Dorel: The flourish of the attack did as it was intended, in terms of keeping Delesta at bay. While the Miqo’te was closer, she was no less in a better position to break the guard. Kori was very defensive, more so than anticipated. A narrowing of the eyes as Delesta pressed upon the attack once more, from that low position, her form lunges forward three quick steps with her left arm rearing back in a telegraphed swing that would match with Kori’s sword arm. But on the fourth, and quite
  8. Delesta Dorel: close in the vicinity, step toward her opponent, Delesta stomped her feet to the stone and dead stopped her momentum in an attempt to bait an action from the other.
  9. O'kori Kett: Again Kori readied to be attacked, only to be surprised once more by Delesta’s move, or lack of one. Her frustration mounting, she growls, “Stop playing games!” And suddenly lashes out with her shield, hoping to bash her opponent with its edge against her stomach for teasing.
  10. Delesta Dorel: Delesta was more frustrated at the lack of action being offered with such reckless motions being offered to the other and those narrowed eyes showed such. And clearly O’kori was feeling the same, having called out in frustration before being ‘goaded’ into an attack. The hand matching sides with the shield drops the cesti down in a hammer fist motion into the oncoming horizontal shield. Knocking he shield down, her open cestus came around to attempt a blow at O’kori’s gut through
  11. Delesta Dorel: her sword side.
  12. O'kori Kett: They were obviously a fair match for each other, neither one able to truly engage—until Delesta strikes. Kori wanted to parry, but there was no room, or more importantly time, and the other fighter’s weapon makes a solid hit on her side. She grunts and slashes out at Delesta with her sword, hoping to graze across her forearm as she managed to get past Kori’s defense.
  13. Delesta Dorel: The connection had been made, the cestus crashing into Okori’s side and Delesta further tried to push into the blow post hit to drive home the pained contact against O’kori’s gut. At least until that sharp pain was felt as O’kori’s blade came across her forearm and cut the exposed skin. There is a yelp of pain emitted from Delesta, the Miqo’te pulling that arm inward and turned that shoulder toward O’kori. Pushing off her far foot, Delesta looked to deliver a firm shoulder check
  14. Delesta Dorel: break O’kori’s balance and create a bit of distance before pressing in again.
  15. O'kori Kett: As soon as Delesta pulls her arm back from the cut, Kori presses to take advantage and get some distance, backstepping away from the fighter. Even as the shoulder-check connects, it does exactly what Kori wants and pushes her back. Though she stumbles slightly from the blow, she keeps her footing and gets back into her stance, readying her sword for another attack.
  16. Delesta Dorel: Delesta had created a short distance between them, a few feet at the most. Though it was all that was needed as she sprung forward. She was not going to give O’kori much of a chance to breathe and adapt, putting the pressure upon her. And as she got within that zone she had lept and faked from twice prior, Delesta went in for the attack. Lowering her form, she lept low, bringing her legs out in front of her and kicked both feet forward in a low attack. Both feet aimed for O’kori’s
  17. Delesta Dorel: left leg to knock her balance off or even to the ground.
  18. O'kori Kett: Not again. She wouldn’t let herself get knocked down and pinned like she had with Wyra’to. The moment Delesta dropped low Kori slammed down her shield with a battle cry, making brutal contact with more force than was probably necessary on the woman’s shins. She wouldn’t be walking anytime soon. Without waiting, Kori follows up with her sword, the blade coming to rest against the other woman’s throat. Her voice is calm as the infamous word echoes from within Kori’s helmet:
  19. O'kori Kett: "Yield."
  20. Delesta Dorel: The shield crashed down upon the center of the steel shin guards and flexed them inward, digging the metal into the thin skin as her movement stopped in her tracks. The feeling of a blade pressing to her neck caused her to tense up and glare upon the woman before her. “FINISH IT, SISSY.” She called out to the woman over her.
  21. Owuwu Owu: "Do...do we have a winner?" She wasn't sure...seriously.
  22. O'kori Kett: She presses her sword so that it draws blood, "Yield, damn you."
  23. Owuwu Owu: "Owuwu lifted her hand. "O'kori, you may step down, this fight is yours."
