  1. Following on from research into the history of Ginune's creation, Team Reaction took to recreating the conditions to force elemental abilities from the Creation Pokemon Arceus. Taking advantage of the benevolent god, Reaction agents were able to capture and restrain it using stolen technology from Sinnoh's former Team Galactic. The process was slow but eventually they extracted the elements of Water, Grass, Rock, Fighting, Flying, and Fire, with the goal of creating an army that could control all elements simultaneously.
  2.
  3. Team Reaction's R&D then began work into synthesising the raw power of the elements extracted to allow for control, using a prototype battle suit that said powers would slot into allowing for use. The battle suit was designed to make those who weild it mindless and controllable to Team Reaction, allowing similar powers and abilities to those of the various Riders that protect the region. The elemental "chips" that are slotted into the suits weapon systems give the abilities elemental damage while giving the user additional abilities (examples include Flight, increased Fighting prowess, some external element control).

  5. Finding a "worthy" candidate was not hard. As technology improved so to did its use for entertainment. VR made its way to Ginune allowing gamers of all sorts a new way to play those games they enjoy. Reaction agents under the guise of VR system developers approched various gamers with the idea of trying and possibly promoting the system, with the VR system in actuality taking hold of the "candidate"'s mind. This is how they aquired the gym leader Gamer. VR was an intriguing thought, maybe not promote, but definitly worth one try. Team Reaction found their puppet.
  6.
  7. Dubbed "Pokken Rider Conquest", the mind controlled Gamer was mounted into the battle suit, becoming Reaction's latest weapon in their attempts to rule over Ginune and its competitive pokemon play.
