  1. It is extremely rare for an offer to be withdrawn. There needs to be a significant drop in mark(s) for an offer to be withdrawn, but there is no specific percentage that we consider significant. A few percentage points will not be deemed significant. If final marks drop by what we consider to be a significant amount, we will allow the student an opportunity to explain why the marks have dropped. Usually if marks drop by a significant amount, it is accompanied by serious personal situation (major illness/death in the family). If a pre-requisite course is failed, the offer will be withdrawn.
