  50. Dragon Warrior Monsters All Gates
  51. I got run for this category that I'm generally happy with. It's very long, and mostly a casual run.
  52.
  53. Rockman Zero 3
  54. Game is great, very fun & hard. Requires a serious amount of practice. Getting a sub 45 was good enough for me!
  55.
  56. Dragon Quest III
  57. Trying to run this game might have been the most difficult endeavor for speedrunning for me up to this point - I put in a lot of time, research, and practice, did runs for almost 6 months, and have nothing to show for it, no PB. IMO the game is not insanely hard to perform, but man is it ridiculous to get it to cooperate to go fast. Unfortunately feels like a wasted effort. But I still like the game.

  59. Rockman 8
  60. Similarly to DQIII, I did not get a PB in this game, after doing quite a bit of practice and research. But I feel less bad about this one really - I love RM8 dearly and I had a lot of fun trying again. I maybe could have put more time into this game for a PB but I think this game made me realize that extremely RNG heavy games really wear me down. I decided to focus elsewhere on some projects after this, some that I wanted to start or return to.

  62. Dragon Quest VI
  63. After DQIII didn't pan out, I learned DQVI, which took multiple months of offline learning. A very large game. Despite DQIII being a disaster mostly, DQVI somehow (despite being the harder game) worked out really well. I got a sub-8 hour time in this game and I'm really proud of it. From an viewer perspective, it may have felt like this game and went very quickly, but I put a ton of effort into it offstream and it paid out. I don't plan on running this game again outside of some sort of marathon situation - it's very taxing to stay on top of everything. But I'm very happy to have finished it up well.

  65. Dragon Warrior Monsters any%
  66. After getting the time I wanted in DQVI, DQM was on one of the speedruns on the "I want to improve my old PB one day" table, a old PB from 2013, and that's what I did. I improved it by quite a bit, and although there's some more time to be saved, I got it to a good stopping point. Grinding out some RNG timesaves in this game can really be soulless, so I got my run and decided to stop. Definitely happy with the last run!
