This is all I could find. These should be confirmed first as the backup thing messes with post edits, so they might be slightly off, and also some of them I'm not sure what area is.
There's also another beta area located at the SS of Trophy Garden (it's from Eterna City). So if you pass by a Trophy Garden area, note down the coordinates because there's another beta area in it.
