PERSONALITY:; Jaerin is a very kind person. Jaerin is just like a mom she is always watching people to make sure they're safe. She doesn't like being people's main priority and always puts others before her. She hates seeing others not feeling well, sad, or hurt so she always helps them out as soon as she can. Even though she is the "mom" she still is very childish. She loves to go on adventures, play pranks, and go out do something and act like a kid again. She gets excited and distracted easily, one minute she is talking about something next thing you know she is off petting a dog. Watch out though she has a very competitive side especially when it comes to sports. At first she isn't really into the game but once she is into it she will dedicate her life and won't accept loosing. If she does lose she will often ask for a rematch or will just storm away and not talk to that person for the rest of the day. She is a very sporty person who loves to go out and do something. She hates being indoors because she loves going out so much. If it is a rainy day and she is stuck inside she will complain about it and walk around saying how bored she is which gets on other peoples nerves. When she wants something she will get it/do it. She won't no for an answer and will keep going until she has accomplished her goal.
BACKGROUND:; Growing up Jaerin lived in a pretty decent family. Her parents owned their own restaurant that was doing pretty well. Jaerin and her brother would often go to the restaurant after school and help out. Her brother would always be out serving the customers while Jaerin was in the back learning how to cook. Jaerin's brother was the first out of the two to start the idol business. He was in a dance group who often preformed in public. One day Jaerin was rapping and her brother heard and said that they should become a duo where he dances and she raps. They were then called "Supernova". One day when they were preforming a talent scout came up to them and said they should audition at his company. After much discussion they went to audition and they were both accepted into Cube Entertainment.

4. How would your trainee react to a good or bad ranking?:; If he got a good ranking she would be happy but wouldn't let it get to her mind and if she got a bad ranking she would work even harder so she can improve
5. What speech would your trainee give if they got first place?:; "I am so shocked that you guys have allowed me to be first. I have dreamed of this moment but I never thought it would actually happen. I will work hard to make sure I don't disappoint you guys after you gave me this chance."

9. What kind of teammate is your trainee?:; She is the type to work very hard and when she is dedicated to something she won't stop until she has finished it or perfected it. The only time she will stop is if a teammate needs help. She will quickly stop what she's doing to help them out. If they need mental help she will talk to them and encourage them.
