  1. The VMAT2 affliction; And the other side of the story.
  2.
  3. It’s been proposed that VMAT2; a gene in the human genome, short for “vesicular monoamine transporter 2” is responsible for certain types of behavior in some people. The actual cause of this behavior that will be described might not be related to VMAT2 many claim, but it certainly exist as a phenomenon at least in many people, regardless.
  4.
  5. The theory here is that VMAT2 or something, will predispose a person confronted , with say the timeless nature of the Universe, to propel into shock, or actually it’s more commonly described as that they are propelled into religious awe and Spirituality. But we prefer the term “shock”.
  6.
  7. This shock is released from a mere thought; if the Universe didn’t exist then what would? Nothing? We do however think that it’s logical to conclude that all that exist is a sort of “mirror” of what nothing would be. It all exist at the same time as what would be “nothing” exist. However absurd it might sound at first thought.
  8.
  9. Recovering from this shock that it’s all irrelevant; creators of the Universe is meaningless in this sense. The Big Bang is meaningless. We are stuck with some peculiar logic on the nature of the again, timeless, infinite, cold and empty, and so on, Universe.
  10.
  11. Recovering from this shock, if one needed it in the first place due to VMAT2 or whatever, we stand at a point which many also consider a type of ground zero. That is that one is orientated in reality. But is that all that is? We don’t think so.
  12.
  13. VMAT2 may only be a theory. Though it’s interesting to note that it’s a “monoamine” something. It’s antagonized by amphetamine. We’re not chemists though so jumping to the conclusions that mono-amine and amphet-amine is related, might be sort of like poetic license by us.
  14.
  15. But on trying to propel our theory we can say that we do know amphetamine affects dopamine levels in the brain and body, and dopamine has been said to affect dyslexia etc , by the dopamine “locus” D-4. But why is dyslexia important in this context?
  16.
  17. We are just using it all as a way to conceptualize something.
  18.
  19. Dyslexia and other similar things like paralexia , dyspraxia , etc are probably connected to other genes or not.
  20.
  21. On a side note; even if the original Eugenics theory was “bypassed” by DNA-theory we do have today Morphology challenging DNA-theory again as Eugenics in a new guise.
  22.
  23. Rewinding though we have say, there is two different conditions or directions, that it is important to discern about.
  24.
  25. We have the resistance against the real Universe created by whatever. And we have on the other hand a positive attitude towards what might exist in this real Universe once one has firmly put ones feet on the ground.
  26.
  27. After the aforementioned shock about the nature of existence there should come about a sort of curiosity about if there is something “beyond”. Logically there is if we take the theory that Everything=”Not even nothing” / “Less than nothing”, for granted.
  28.
  29. Conceptually here we are using the theory on VMAT2 as a sort of “place-holder” for something which we have yet to articulate, and the same with Dyslexia that we have to use that as a “place-holder” to explain our “concept”.
  30.
  31. VMAT2 stands in the way for Enlightenment. While the genes responsible for Dyslexia tend to behave in the opposite way , in a person. Of course to complicate things a person might have both type of genes and thus both conditions.
