We are willing to promote you and try to raise your profile. We will also try to sell the idea of your team to sponsors and anything we get for your team will be directed into it. The same way it works with all of our teams.

I guess what I wanted to get to is that we're looking for an org that can provide us with salaries we can make a living out of
And with which we can grow
Our goal is to become a tier one team, it's not possible if we can't make a living out of playing or if we have to spend have the time worrying/having to do extra activities for money

Cool, well unless we could find sponsors for you guys then that wouldnt be us sorry. Most teams with the right support manage to do it. Wuskinz played call of duty for us he is now playing for Unilad... Grant the operations manager for Splyce was our league of legends manager last year and thei assistant coach Mac was our coach as well.  Its not all about the time you put in but the quality of the time you put in.
