  12. On skycade, I learned communication, and teamwork throughout the staff team. I learned that one staff team cannot function without the other members of it. It’s not that you must be reliable on other staff members, you must show trust and faith in them that they will get the job done.

  16. PrimeMC was my favorite staff experience because I had the great opportunity of being a leader. Here I was skyblock staff and really enjoyed helping the community by punishing rule offenders. Also while at PrimeMC, I learned the skill of leadership which has stuck with me ever since.

  19. I was staff on JartexNetwork. This was fun because I had never been staff on a global network. Ex. One that has a lot of game modes. I really had a pleasant time. Here I punished those who cheated the mines system, and was always on the looking in chat for rule offenders. Jartex offered me a sense of pride in being staff, and a sense of responsibility.

  23. I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to screensharing. I was a Jr.Mod on a server called "Rengo" before the inevitable fallout between owners.
  24. I know how to use Paladin, SS.Verify & Look for basic strings. If I were to be screensharing I may need to have a crash course.

  26. What makes you stand out from the other applicants?

  28. The main thing that makes me stand out from other applicants is my hard work & dedication. I also have a lot of past experience moderating servers.

  39. I have actually never been punished on a server that I remember. I am always cautious of making sure everything is running smoothly.

  43. I'm currently very involved in Sports, mainly soccer. I am also working on figuring out a crash course system to learn java coding to benefit outside of just Minecraft development.

  47. I would also like to add that my staff team & server loyalty will be off the charts.

  49. I am currently home schooling this year because of a few things that have happened during my past years.
  50. I have a very flexible work schedule so I can make sure I'm dedicated.

  52. If another staff member was abusing permissions for players and media ranks in front of you what would you do in that situation?

  54. I would immediately start trying to get as much proof & information on the situation as possible.

  56. I would make sure to have evidence whether that may be recording or taking screenshots and notifying Higher-Ups or an Owner.

  58. If someone started insulting you in-game or in the discord what would you do?

  60. I would try to initially work things out with the user to find out why exactly they are sending hate or negative energy towards me.
  61. I would make sure to let the user know if he continues these actions against me or anyone else he will be muted or further punished if needed.

  63. If a player claims their unclaimed vault got x-rayed, what are some simple ways to see if their base was/wasn't?

  65. I would initially check to see how the terrain looks around the server & even check logs if I have access to see them.
  66. I could easily spot to see if the terrain had been modified recently by looking around or even using coreprotect if needed.

  68. If a faction is being accused of using an illegal cannon to currently raid someone, how do you handle it?

  70. I would first ask the group or person who is accusing the faction that they claim is illegally cannoning to provide as much proof they have gathered to prove that the claims are indeed true. I would also make sure to ask the faction who is being accused if they have anything that could prove their innocence. Depending on the answers the groups or people give me I would make an educated decision to resolve the issue

  72. If someone is accused of ban or blacklist evading, how do you confront them and how do you find out if they are/aren't?

  74. We'll first of all I would make sure I've check all of the logs, ips, and similar accounts to make sure I have enough information on the person to make sure I'm making the write claims. I would confront the user in a nice manner not trying to come off as rude or untrustworthy. I don't want the user to feel threatened by me I just want their honest truth & answers.

  76. If accepted as a Staff, you will follow all rules that have been established for all server staff. As a Staff Member, you will be expected to show activity on the server. We expect you to fulfill your duty in helping & informing our players in any server related issues or concerns. In due time, if improvement & dedication are seen on your behalf, a promotion might be in order for your rank-up among the server. If you are found abusing, or have a certain amount of strikes on your record, you will be demoted from Staff. It may result in a temporary or permanent ban. Furthermore, as a staff member, you must not leak anything that is said within the staff chats, and if you notify any current member of the staff team about your application, you will instantly be denied. Also we can remove you from our team for any reason that is not in our handbook.
