The Golden Veil is an ancient micro nebula which at one point long before the formation of galactic civilization was a stellar nursery. Since then it has become home to the inhabited world of Confracta, orbiting the star Ferentis. The Golden Veil naturally interferes with navigational and sensor equipment, thus joining one of many countless obstacles that make the Unknown Regions hard to navigate. Over time, trading vessels and explorers have purposefully brought[/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif]wild life[/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif] Nebula for one reason or another, one such example [/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif]being[/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif] an enterprising young Twi'lek captain, who had planned to infest the Golden Veil with Mynocks, so he could then open a pest control business, and thus successfully pull off a scam of truly stellar proportions. Several Exogorths were also recently discovered to be inhabiting the [/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif]Intdenta[/font][font=trebuchet ms,helvetica,sans-serif] Cloud when a survey ship proved to be tasty, with or without ketchup. With the Triumvirate beginning trade and interaction with the galaxy at large, a pulsar at the edge of the Nebula has become a popular and critically useful navigational beacon. The Nebula itself has also drawn a small amount of tourism due to some of the generally friendlier space creatures, the Triumvirate has officially declared the location a Wildlife preserve for Neebray Mantas in the Unknown Regions, which were notably, originally imported for the sole purpose of attracting tourism.[/font]
