Etoile's Wand is a weapon that can attack while moving. It shows its value when continuously moving to optimize positioning.

[Gear]

In addition to attacks, gain Gear while moving and Just Guarding. Can use Gear to unleash finishers.

[Focus PA]

(Use WA when the indicator pops up during PAs)

Using WA during Wand's PAs with the proper timing will change them into Focus PAs. These Focus PAs have small hitboxes meant for attacking a single target.

[Protect]

Holding WA will consume your Gear to extend your Just Guard.

(Hold and release WA after 1 level of charge)

Fire a long ranged attack during a short movement

(With 2+ level of Gear, hold + release WA after 2/3 levels of charge)

Unleash a powerful attack corresponding to spent Gear.

Many Wand PAs require you to be mindful of positioning. Additionally, using WA with correct timing will transform Wand PAs into Focus PAs.

[Prism Circular]

Create a band of Photons and perform a forwards attack. Holding the button allows movement.

Focus: change into powerful, short range attack.

[Glitter Stripe]

Move upwards and fire a downwards attack. Has iFrames on the ascension.

Focus: Narrows range + increases power.

[Black Hole Rapture]

Suck in enemies and detonate. The explosion lingers.

Focus: Narrow attack range, becomes a continuous attack.

[Luminous Flare]

Laser.

Focus: Shorten range, increase power.

[Recommended Combos]

Prism Circular (hold) -> attack: Close in and attack

Black Hole Rapture -> attack: Gather enemies and damge them.

Glitter Stripe -> Black Hole Rapture: Can be chained together if executed properly.

Glitter Stripe -> Luminous Flare: Match height for laser.
