Florabsidine City. It was the month of heat but summer's end yet it was noticeably lacking with only the occasional cricketing and chirping and there was still a bright orange shine from above. In the middle of town was a woman as thin as a baguette, with hair reaching all the way past her feet. She had four eyes as clear as crystals and skin a corroding brown and partly peach. She was holding a sword in her right hand and the other hand, her left, was missing all its fingers but the thumb. Around her neck was a sign that said "Today is The 5th of Milledust | Independence Day." with an arrow pointing to a rusting apartment behind her.

Inside the aging apartment was a young woman trying to talk to her young and tired children. "Nore! Brusse! Do you want to finally hear the story of The Gods and the Soul Heart?" A remarkably scarred woman looked towards two children. One was in his bed and rolled over to the side while the other excitedly looked at her mother with mismatched eyes of glee; one of the eyes a light blue-almost white and the other a dark peach. "Or if you would rather I'd read you the story of the Gods' Light again, that's okay too!" The woman softy nodded to herself, her hands emanating a milk white glow.
