Cheer, And Twerking Is A Factor

Covet: -Kelsey made her way into the gym and put her bag down against the wall, walking into the cheer gym. The door was unlocked but Cadence wasn't around yet. She walked to the mats and started to get stretched out.-  // -Cadence was in the library getting a song moved to her jumpdrive to bring into practice tonight-
Tsaaq: Hayley moved her hips with her feet planted in the mat. Her headphones in and blaring a beat in her ears as she shifted to sway her body. She saw Kelsey come into the room and waved at her, pulling out one of her ear buds and walking over to her gym bag to blot off the sweat on her face and next.
Alexithymiaa: -Steph walked down the hallway with her gym bag slung over her shoulder, her hair swinging behind her as she pulled open the door to the cheer gym and stepped inside. Seeing Kelsey and Hayley already inside, she sent them a short wave and dropped her bag down onto the couch, walking over to sit down on the mats to begin her stretches. "Hey."-

Covet: -Kelsey waved back at Hayley- Hey Hayley, already working up a sweat. -She gave Steph a soft smile and a wavey- Hi Steph // -Cadence bailed out of the library and rushed down the hall to the cheer gym walking in. She saw Steph, Hayley  and Kelsey there, already getting warmed up and all that shit.- Hey ladies. Sorry, I was getting the music to show you guys tonight, because my phone's acting up.
Tsaaq: "Yeah I figured I could warm up early since I don't have shit else to do." Hayley replied as she took out her phone and shut off her music and moved towards the mat once more and sat down with her legs spread wide. She nodded in Steph's direction the saw Cadence come in as well. "It's whatever." She shrugged.
Alexithymiaa: -She extended her legs out in front of her, pointing her toes and stretching her arms out, her hands gripping the bottoms of her sneakers. "Oh cool. Good music, I hope?"-
Musik: -Caroline slipped out of her car and quickly walked into the building, moving through the hallways to get to the cheer gym. She pulled the doors open and stepped inside, looking at the girls and then dropped her bag down onto the floor moving to walk over to them.- "Hey girls!"
Covet: Hi Cadence, -Kelsey called out then listened, while she changed the position she was stretching in. When Care came in she grinned and gave her a wave- Hi Care! // It's a Two minute and thirty second mix, or a bunch of stuff. Long enough to some actual stunt work, even if it's small, and some dance elements. -Cadence said walking over to the computer- There you are Caroline. Get stretched out and warmed up -She checked everyone off on the list and opened up the laptop to get it booted up, plugging in her jumpdrive-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head, getting her residual stretches in. "Stunts. Cool." Hayley said quietly as she laid all the way back and began making imaginary snow angels.
Alexithymiaa: -She leaned her torso down, resting her forehead to her knees. "Stunts? Honestly I think we're all a little rusty on stunting so can I request we start simple and work up from there so no one dies?"-
Musik: "Got it!" -She said moving over to the mats, dropping down to sit on her butt, stretching her arms across her chest before spreading her her legs and leaning foreward to stretch out her back.-
Covet: -Kelsey looked around furrowing her brows confused- Why would someone die? -She changed positions again- // I wasn't thinking pyramid of death, or anything. Just some lifts and tosses. Simple shit. -Cadence said rolling her eyes, ignoring the voice laughing in her head. She clicked the song and had it ready for them to listen to later.-
Tsaaq: "How do we decide who does what thing and the thing..." Hayley began to inquire. "Cause I've been bloated since friday so I'm probably heavy or something." She said as she sat up and rubbed her hands up and down her legs.
Alexithymiaa: "Sounds good to me." She leaned up and pushed up to her feet, swinging her arms up and over her head to stretch them.-
Musik: "That sounds like fun! So who's going to go up in the air?" -She asked bringing her feet together, leaning forward to grab the bottoms of her feet.-
Covet: -Kelsey put herself into a bridge and stood up, shaking her limbs out- I'm pretty sure I'm going to be a spotter? I think? -Kelsey said trying to remember the stuff she'd been looking up.- // I've been thinking it over. And once we get to that point I'll let you guys know. So don't worry about being bloated today. Once you guys are stretched out, I want to see the following down the mat and back, Cartwheels, Roundoffs, Back tuck, Back Handspring. If you get dizzy during that, Stop and recenter yourself before you go on.
Tsaaq: Hayley got up and stood to her feet. "Good cause like... I'm pretty sure I'm ready to explode or something." She murmured as she poked her stomach. She walked over to edge of the matt and waved her arms a little. "Like, in a specific order?" Hayley asked.
Alexithymiaa: -She swung her arms around as she walked over to the end of the mat, turning to face the length. "Just... free standing individual, right?" She took a few walking steps forward and leaned forward, putting one hand down at a time as her body slowly rolled over itself. She landed one foot at a time upright, taking another few steps and repeating the process, but this time twisting her body to land with her feet together. Without turning around, she brought her arms above her head and squatted her knees, whipping her hands forward and back again as she jumped up and around with her knees pulled up tight to her chest, landing hard on the balls of her feet. Straightening her knees, she brought her arms back up over her head and whipped them again, jumping backwards and arching her back as she did so. Planting her hands down on the mat, she sprung up off of them to send her body the rest of the way over, landing on her feet with her arms above her head, quickly stepping out of the way to leave the other girls room to take their turns.-
Musik: -She pushed up to her feet and adjusted her shorts before moving further away from te girls so she didn't run into them. She took a couple steps before leaning forward, placing one hand on the mat and swinging her legs up over her body, landing on her feet before doing it again. She adjusted her tank top before throwing her hands up in the air as she bent her knees slightly, pushing up off going backwards, placing her hands on the mat and swinging her body back to land on her feet, instantly bending her legs again to jump backwards, swinging her legs back with them tucked close to her chest and her arms down at her sides. She landed and stood up straight, fixing her tank top again as she stepped back.-
Covet: -Kelsey walked over to the edge of the mat and started with the cartwheel, transitioning into each one, making her way across the mat.- // Eh, if you want to switch it up, that's fine. -She said waving her hand, watching them- Alright. so this song. Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head and gave herself some space as she went to do her cartwheels, honestly trying to remember the other things Cadence had listed. She went into her roundoffs and back tuck which was fairly fine until she got into the back handspring. That's when she got a little dizzy but Hayley recovered quickly. She put her hands on her hips and listened to the cheer mix, tapping her toe along to the beat and swaying along and twerking a little cause duh, 'work' was playing. Move your ass to Rihanna.
Alexithymiaa: -She crossed her arms over her chest as she listened to the song Cadence played, tipping her head to one side. "It's fast, which is good, but that means our passes should be in time with it. Which means more whip on the back handsprings. Which means more practice."-
Covet: -Kelsey listened to the music, dancing a little bit to the music because that bitch can't listen to music and not dance-. Oh this is cool, I like this. Right, more practice. But it's totally doable right? // -Cadence listened to Steph- Very true, I think we can do it. What about you guys? Think we can make things snappy and clean?  We'll make sure that each section is perfect before we move on.  I'll need to go in and break up the counts still.

Musik: -She stepped back so she could watch Hayley's ideas, bringing her foot up behind her to press it to her butt, stretching her legs out.-
Tsaaq: Hayley stepped from side to side while she waited. "Okay, so if this is like... Too fast for you to get just let me know I'll go slow or something." Alexithymiaa: -She watched Hayley intently, trying to assign counts to her moves to help her remember it a bit better. "I think that's a good start." She stepped over onto the mat, making sure she had plenty of room. "So this pass is difficult, but it's something we can work up to. I just see it going well with the song." She spun around and took a deep breath, closing her eyes for a moment before taking a few steps back and swinging her arms backward, jumping into a series of back handsprings and then a full twist, whipping around and completing another full twist to land on her feet. She wrinkled her nose, bringing her arms around her middle when she felt the uncomfortable tug in her stomach. Covet: -Kelsey tried to copy Hayley's moves, but not nearly as good at popping that ass, because she's got no ass, then looked at Steph- Oh wow, that was amazing! Tsaaq: She crossed her arms watching Steph and nodded slowly. "Yeah I can practice doing that." She said with a quick thumbs up then frowned at Steph. "Hey, you're okay right?" She asked a moment before deciding to shut up. Hayley turned to Kelsey and shook her head. "Look, arc your back then relax it. Then do that over and over but like, fast. Nothing has to really move back there, you just gotta look like you know what you're doing."
Alexithymiaa: -She flashed a quick thumbs up to Cadence. "Aye aye Captain Underpants." Her eyes slipped over to Hayley, nodding her head a bit too quickly to seem natural. "Yep. I'm good. Just haven't really practiced this stuff in a while. I should stretch better."-
Covet: -Kelsey tried again to follow Hayley's direction on twerking, and somehow ended up looking too loose to the point of imitating a wet noodle-  Like this? // -Cadence shook her head at Kelsey and sighed- Oh we need to beat the balerina out of you. Steph, I want to get with you and plan stunts and the tumbling maybe sometime this weekend? -Cadence suggested lightly ignoring her captain underpants jab.-

Tsaaq: She nodded at Steph then faced the blonde. "You look like Tina from Bob's Burgers." Hayley said to Kelsey as she gritted her teeth a little then crossed her arms over her chest. "Okay, that sounds fine." She gave a thumbs up.

Alexithymiaa: "I'm good with that. I'll brainstorm some ideas and get everything together to go over." She chewed on her lower lip, walking over to her gym bag to dig into it, fishing around for her phone to check her messages since she's paranoid about Bryan and shit. When she saw she had no messages, she opened her instagram notification, seeing the hot ass picture of Zack working out and just staring for a second because who wouldnt.-
Covet: Ugh, okay fine, I'll learn it. -Kelsey said reluctantly feeling a little embarassed at everyone's response. She looked around- Are we done then? -she asked eagerly, wanting to practice in the comfort of her dorm with no people around- // -Cadence nodded- Alright sweet, yeah just let me know whatever works best. Musik: -Caroline nodded her head to Cadence and smiled at the girls sending them a wave.- "See you ladies later!" -she moved over to her bag and picked it up, tossing it over her shoulder before heading on out.-
Tsaaq: Hayley grabbed her phone and walked over to her gym bag, taking a drink of her water and towelling off again as she strapped her bag on her shoulder. "Looks like we're done." She said to Kelsey and waved to Caroline as she left. Hayley headed for the door. "I
