Explanation
===========
This is my first submission. Glacial freezing will be useful since there are probably not that many ice types in ASSB3. When Glaceon is hit by a physical attack, special attack will go up by one stage. Glacial catastrophe will be using three different moves at once, for the ultimate effect.
