- "Modder Stop Changing Weather Plz" effect now only changes weather once every second
- "Launch Player Up" and "Launch All Vehicles Up" effects now retain the current velocity instead of completely overriding it
- "Pause Clock" effect was removed
- "Lag", "0.5x Gamespeed", "0.2x Gamespeed", "Low Gravity" and "Very Low Gravity" effects are short timed now
- "All Peds Ragdoll" effect now uses the same ragdoll properties as "Ragdoll" effect
- Several of the spawn ped effects were buffed
- "30MPH Speed Limit" effect affects all vehicles instead of only the player's ones
- Fixed peds not spawning anymore during "Peds Are Brainless" effect
- Jesus will now drive more aggressively and try to drive to the currently active waypoint (if exists) in "Jesus Take The Wheel" effect
