  1. The Battle Hall is a facility where you fight 1v1 battles instead of the usual 3v3 and each set is 10 battles instead of the usual 7. Before each battle, you need to choose one of the 17 types of pokemon to fight and the battle will be against a pokemon of the type you chose. After winning each fight, the type you fought against will rank up by 1, and the pokemon fought from that type will be stronger and have a higher level. Each type has a maximum rank of 10 and you need to get all types to rank 10 (aka 170 battles) in order to fight Argenta and get the Gold Symbol.

  3. Difficulty: 1/5 (easiest)

  5. Rng manipulation: Primary rng determines what pokemon you will fight. Choosing each type advances the rng by different amounts, making it so that there are a lot of ways to manipulate the rng to give us favorable outcomes. This is why this facility is the easiest: it is very easy to find a path that always gives you favorable pokemon to fight

  7. General strategy: I will use Starmie for the Hall as its high speed, ability to use Choice Specs, and great coverage gives it a very high amount of favorable matchups. Garchomp could also do the Hall but it would need a Choice Band, which can't be afforded after buying all of the vitamins after Factory and its worse coverage would make it overall worse for the Hall. Tentacruel is too reliant on Swords Dance boosts to do damage and thus, is not a good choice for the Hall.

  9. It's worth noting that you could actually enter any level 30 or above pokemon into the hall and the opponent's levels will scale depending on the level of the pokemon you entered in. Using a lvl 30 poke would actually be faster than a lvl 50 one because the hp bars will drain faster and across 170 battles, that would save quite a decent bit of time. Taking into accoount the time to manip and catch a lvl 30 as well as the time to give that lvl 30 poke vitamins, it would save about a minute overall. However, the options for a lvl 30 poke to do hall are severely limited and heavily flawed (the best option is Scyther, who needs a Choice Band and still isn't great) so it would be difficult to find a path where the lvl 30 OHKOs everything and that and needing to hit the manip first try in order to actually save time makes it not worth considering at this stage.
