Project: Drilldash

2d platforming game

The entire game is based off of maintaining extreme forward momentum and jumping from platform to platform in order to achieve that goal. The primary fear is falling off, and the levels have multiple paths. The levels have multiple paths that a skilled player can switch between them...there are no or very few enemies and the players' only weapon is a small gun, which maybe could be upgraded in future.

MOUSE1 fires gun
WASD or arrow keys moves
Left/Right

Skills/powerups?:
- Drill Dash
Player curls up into a ball and dashes forward. Any enemies in the way are utterly annihilated.
- Speed Boost
Wow. Sure you didn't know this.
- Double Jump
Wow.
- Shield
If you fall, you are placed back on track and given a speed boost.
More stuff to come.

Bosses at the end of each level - generally running


Levels:
15 levels, normally continuous.
