Back Story
    Once a Make-up Artist, she was charmed and lured into a relationship with what she believed was a mortal man. Later in that relationship, she was embraced and discovered that the man was not only a Vampire but one cursed with deformity a la Nosferatu. Shortly after her Embrace, she and her sire were abducted to be brought before the Prince's court.

    Her sire was executed for making a childer without permission, she being spared to be of use to the Prince on a later date as a means to repay their mercy.

    Years down the line, she is called to repay at last and ends up becoming akin to a personal Hitman to hunt down Sabbat within the city aiming to take over before the Camarilla could grow roots in the previously Anarch dominated area.

    Now she lives in a new City, taken on a new position as a Primogen of her Clan. Few know much about her life before St. Louis and she plans to keep it that way.

    Much of his past is Unknown, something he himself made sure of once he became a Spy for the French Government.

    He has put on many masks, getting close to people of interest at the word of his employers. It was through this that he met two people that would change him for the better. Maggie May, a young American girl and Jason Rowe whom also hailed from the same city. Both had been visiting Paris for a school trip, learning the architectures and history of the city. He was tasked to stay in the city to monitor a radical group that planned to detonate a explosive at the landmarks within the city of lights.

    Years later, he found himself running into the two Americans again, this time on their home city, learning that the two of them had married and were expecting their first Son. He started to drop by their home ever since, bringing small gifts from his travels for their growing family. He would stay with them when Jason would have to leave for his Service in the Military, helping Maggie with the children.

    It was years later, during the Maggie's fifth pregnancy with her seventh child that she learned of her Husband's death during his service to his country. Léon stayed with her as she mourned, staying longer once she gave birth to her son James. He would spend more of his free time with her, slowly building up a stronger relationship that resulted in her sixth pregnancy with her only daughter Tali. Not wanting the girl to feel different, both adults agreed to let her believe her Father was the dead soldier that fathered her seven brothers before her.

    Léon would send money to the household to help them get by, visiting now and then before slipping away for his work back in Paris.

    Eventually, after many years of secret meetings and locked doors, the two of them made their relationship known to the children and a year later were married.

    He retired from his work back in France and took a job at a University to teach Foreign Politics and History when he started to feel his age catching up with him.

    Living in Stockholm, she lived a relatively mundane life. Her Father was a Teacher and her Mother was a House-maker that was on a few neighborhood committees. Her older Brother enlisted in the Armed Forces, leaving his time home very limited.

    Every chance he as free, the two of them would take time together, be it a walk through the nearby woods or lying on the grass at a park to watch the birds. Her Brother was her entire world, believing him indestructible despite his line of work. Often the two of them would go to their Grandfather's clock repair shop to visit, allowing her to play with broken clocks while the men would talk.

    Around the time she was seven or eight, her Brother returned home injured. She was never told how it happened, but he came back missing a third of his arm and was very sick. His arm had become infected and was slowly poisoning him. His mind would slip as the fever would take hold, making him mumble in his sleep and sweat through his pillows. Out of a act of mercy, so she would no longer see him suffer and slowly die, he made the choice to see to it this would come to an end. When he tried to leave however, he was faced with the young Cecilia carrying a tray of breakfast food for him. Slipping off his army coat and draping it over her shoulders, he said his goodbyes to her and left the house for the woods. Later that evening they were informed that her brother had hung himself in the woods.

    After that, her personality changed slowly to the woman she is now. Her Parents grieving over their son, they lost sight of the child they still had and eventually abandoned her emotionally. She was placed in classes outside of school so to occupy the rest of the time in the day, leaving them to only interact with their Daughter during nights and mornings. The last family she still had that seemed to enjoy her company was her aging Grandfather and his clock repair shop that became her escape from the dull ache she found at home. In time, she finished her public schooling and entered Karolinska University to study medicine. Uninterested in her fellow peers, she focused on her classes and placed very well in her class.

    Once gaining her degree, she moved to the States to practice as a Plastic Surgeon.

    Born to a well-mannered family, she lived a happy life out in the Outback with her Older Brother as her guide through the bush.

    Ever since she was young she had a love of old spy movies, her favorites being the black and white mysteries that ended with the leading man kissing the crying doll goodbye. She would beg her Brother to play the villain in her own spy game and solve the clues to catch him in the act. This love grew with her as she progressed, though less in the chase and more in the puzzles. This in turn started her in the path of joining her hometown's law enforcement, wanting to become a Detective through hard work on her part.

    She joined the Academy as soon as she was let out of High School, diving into the system and learning that it was more than just car chases and taking down the bad guy the hard way. She watched as her misconceptions were shattered and remade before her, having to put her body through more strain that she knew was possible and came out of it a steadier person. She was trained in side arms and standard apprehensive maneuvers, finding the side arms something of great interest to her. The moment she was allowed to hold one she went about taking it apart and looking at all the pieces like one giant puzzle.

    She worked hard, often to the point of exhaustion, waiting for when the Force would bring around the test for aspiring Detectives. She knew the tests didn't happen that often within her precinct, learning early on that the last test was held four years prior to her admittance to the force. She knew there were others trying for the title, giving her a lot of competition for a test that only lets only one or even two pass each time. The competition only made her want to try for the test even more, finding a thrill in the challenge set before her, making her goal all the more appealing to her. Through hard work and study she managed to pass the tests with a fellow Officer by the time the test came around within her second year on the force.

    A year after earning this title, working scenes from break-ins to murder, she was called onto a homicide through dispatch to find the victim being her Father with her terrified Mother being treated by the Emergency Response team. Once it was learned her connection to the case, she was given the option to step away, a option she wished she didn't take at the time. She watched as a senior Officer commanded the crew to look for clues, watched as they find evidence that pointed the blame on her older Brother, watched as they located him at a local pub and charged him for Patricide with evidence still being collected to prove attempted Matricide. Rebecca couldn't do a thing to help her Brother in this hour, she couldn't find her voice when he was marched past her in handcuffs.

    She felt helpless, unable to comfort her grieving Mother driven to a psychiatric break from the visions she saw that night, unable to defend her Brother who was sentenced to life imprisonment with a standard non-parole period of 20 years. She didn't know what she should do having her family torn apart like this and finding her Brother to be the root of it all. She fell into a deep depression, finding solace in drink and eventually took up smoking to settle her nerves when alcohol didn't work.

    It was only after she resurfaced from this self-made trench that she started rereading everything entered into the file on the case. The Brother she knew wouldn't have come this yet here he was being served on a platter for the Police. The motive was written down to being about money, but she couldn't accept it at face value. The only one that could have shed light on all this was her Mother, whom is no longer able to do anything of the sort now that her mind laid in shards.

    So she took it upon herself to find the root of all of this, using every minute of spare time she had into her personal investigations and finding more questions than answers at every turn. The more she searched, the less resources she could tap to help her progress further. Struggling with the fact that she may have to one day give up and accept the truth as it was, she discovered another means of acquiring the funds she needed in Reliable Excavation Demolition.

    Obtaining the ticket to the front-lines as a Sniper was only the first step.

    Being contracted as a Mercenary for RED as a Sniper so she can get the money she needs to continue her investigation on her Brother's alleged crime.

    He grew up in a Military family. As soon as he could, he was sent to Military school and enrolled in local groups akin to cadets, limiting his free-time until he came into his career as a Peacekeeper.

    His live was structured, tight to routine and had little chance for him to get into any trouble during his adolescents. At about the age of seventeen was the first time he played a video game, a rare indulgence he now still partakes as an adult.

    He met his Wife during a trip to the states to attend a funeral of a friend he met through his work that wished to be buried back in his hometown across the border. It was a chance meeting but they kept in contact while he traveled, until eventually he moved closer to her and asked her out on a date.

    Modern-
    He works as a Peacekeeper, having to go to 'camp' for training a few times a year. Recently though he has been staying with his family and helping with the kids when his Wife is doing her Modeling work. He is planning on surprising her with a trip out in Canada by camping cross-country to see the landmarks.
