Sayaka Maizono, aka Siren, is a supervillainess of the Chaotic Neutral alignment.

Her abilities include silvertonguing (charmspeak), which allows her to dull the senses of the person she's affection, causing her to practically speak the other into doing whatever she asks. As well as this, she has external wavelength manipulation, meaning that she can alter the frequency of most wavelengths, as long as they are not ones she's produced. She channels her voice through a hand-held microphone that can only be seen when she's donning her costume.

Her weaknesses involve emotional and verbal abuse, specifically being called out on mistakes she's made, or events that she's chosen to block from her mind. In actuality, Sayaka could easily be taken out with words, she she decides to surround herself with physically strong allies. She's also pretty wary of knives and redheaded men.

Sayaka's backstory states that her powers are caused by a combination of things. The most prominent are the mixture of diet/tanning/health medicines encouraged by her manager and idol group, and an electric accident at a sound check which caused her to be placed into a hospital. These two things combined allowed her body to be altered, able to harness her powers.
