Hax

After years of mediocrity, I have come to face the reality of an RNG component in the game. Both the cartridge and simulator are designed to ruthlessly generate random numbers without thought or feeling, and there is no way to change this. Pokemon was not made in the first place to be competitive or skill-based. Despite the bans of the most egregious RNG offenders, it is against our philosophy to entirely remove hax from the metagame because it contradicts cartridge mechanics. There is no decree of God or moral "should" that says a person who lost due to bad luck was supposed to win. Hating the randomness of the game and whining about it denies reality, and I hope that you have learned that this applies to real life too.
