June Sellout + Important Messages

I'm bringing back sellout for the month of June!  This comes at two important times, both of which I'll explain before I list the incentives.  I greatly encourage you read this pastebin in its entirety.

First off, I will be gone from June 21st to July 10th.  emray and I will be going to New Orleans to get their car and the rest of their stuff prior to SGDQ and store it over at Corvimae's place.  SGDQ is obviously after that, then when SGDQ is done, we go back to May's place.  From there, I will be driving emray's car with their stuff from Chicago to Spokane (which is a multi-day trip), and towards the end of my drive, emray will be flying with Boxie; we're doing it this way so there's only one person to worry about on a long car drive and so Boxie doesn't stress out any more than she needs to.  Sellout will obviously help compensate the cost of me being gone, but there's a big surprise which I'll explain after the next paragraph.

Second, the biggest reason I'm going to be pushing sellout extra hard is our living situation became a MUST-LEAVE situation.  For those who aren't aware of what the living situation currently is, emray and I are currently renting out my mom's/step-dad's basement, with the idea of saving money for a house.  We pay a very modest amount for a basement and a bedroom with access to the upstairs when needed, $400 a month.  It's been helpful in saving up funds for a house down-payment.  But recently, something really bad happened.  Without going into the greatest of detail, an argument about respect between emray and my mom quickly turned to me physically having to hold my mom back because she kept getting into emray's face, and said exactly as such, "I could punch you right now, I'm so mad."  That is NOT okay, under ANY circumstance.  emray is terrified to go upstairs to do basic tasks like use the bathroom or make food because my mom decided to be an awful person to someone who was just asking for their stuff to not be touched.  We need to get out of here ASAP, and all options are on the table, with the preferred option obviously being getting a house.  We're prepared to throw that dream away and get an apartment if we can't find something in a reasonable span of time, but I did recently get approved for a home loan.  Problem with that is the housing market in Washington (Washington being a necessity for our health insurance/health care needs) has been abysmal, and is only now starting to dip a little bit.  My loan approval doesn't qualify me for too many options for houses, though I'm going to reach out to another home loan specialist that a friend used to hopefully get a better deal and have a bigger market.  Regardless, this living situation turned into a nightmare and we need to get out sooner rather than later.  Sellout's gonna cover as much as it needs to to get us in a healthy living environment.

The big surprise I mentioned earlier is going to be Sandy, Xyra and Phiyun taking over my channel in its entirety while I'm gone!  I don't know what they have planned, but please continue to swing by the stream and give your support while I'm gone; just pretend it's me and I got amnesia and like anime now.  And love FFXIV.  And am German sometimes.  It's gonna be great, and they might even do some of the incentives :eyes:
