- 1. Complete overhaul of idea groups, main guidelines being:
- a) Limiting idea groups the same way it's done in Hash's mod. (For example: 2nd military idea group can be picked only after 1 admin and 1 diplo group has been picked)
- b) Each group has it's own focus
- c) Balance between different idea groups
- 2. Policies change in order to prevent "must pick" combo groups. (For example: eco-quality)
