- Criminal
- Alita vs NC
- * Alita's striking is super strong
- * Alita has super fast reactions
- * Alita's opponent is not as fast
- * Alita's sword is mega fast/sharp
- * Alita's gun is super strong
- * Alita is durable
- * Alita smashes her opponent with superior stat spread.
- Zazie vs Moon Knight
- * Nigga WTF is this feat but okay she's fast.
- * Zazie is accurate
- * Zazie hits hard
- * Zazie having multiple arms means more firepower at once
- * Zazie spams and moon knight dies.
- Yuma vs Crossbones
- * Yuma is faster than her opponent
- * Yuma is a cutting based character
- * Yuma is durable
- * Yuma is hyperlethal vs CB and hyperlethal against him.
- Judge's Notes: I think Crim goes with a good start and has a good flow to the debate. He 1) establishes stats and then 2) argues how this translates into victory.
- Spider
- Alita vs NC
- * NC is a teleporter AND fast meaning he can avoid Alita's attacks.
- * NC is super duper durable.
- * NC is both strong and accurate.
- * NC wins via teleporting and shanking his opponent.
- Zazie vs MK
- * MK is fast and can use stealth to his advantage
- * MK is strong
- * MK is accurate
- * MK wins via sneaking about and ganking his opponent.
- Yuma vs CB
- * CB is faster than Crim gave credit for
- * CB is tougher than Crim gave credit for
- * CB is strong
- * CB wins via a knife throw against Yuma who lacks piercing.
- Judge's Notes: I think Spider has the right idea. He performs his rebuttals and then transitions into his own stats as to why he wins. In my opinion though, one issue I note in your wording is you usage of words like "potentially". Note how this sounds in a persuasive argument. Instead cut words like this and give the impression that your statements are ironclad even if they are not. Another thing is that if you think some aspect of a character is OOT, just OOT rather than pinging Verlux about questions.

- Criminal
- Alita vs NC
- * Points out that his opponent linked only scaling without context.
- * NC's bullet timing is far from ironclad
- * Alita would see the ganks coming
- * Alita is faster/more deadly than her opponent, so she wins.
- Zazie vs MK
- * Zazie is faster than MK
- * Zazie's gun attacks in the timeframe of MK's movement
- * Zazie wins therefore
- Yuma vs CB
- * Yuma is faster than her opponent
- * Yuma cuts to the point where being tough isn't enough to actually help
- * Yuma kills her opponent easily, fuck being tough.
- Judge's Notes: While I think Crim was in the right to call out that scaling without context establishes/proves nothing, there are instances where I think personally that isn't true just from reference/visual cues. An instance I can think of is that the Sentinel Scaling is blatantly being done to a target that's metal in nature, which inherently sets up an area of relevancy for NC. To name an example, "Mr. Incredible tears apart this gigantic robot" rarely needs any other context beyond the baseline assumption of what the robot looks like. Other than that, I have no criticisms.
- Spider
- Alita vs NC
- * Clarifies the sentinel feat.
- * NC is fast
- * Alita cannot meaningfully prepare against Alita's ganks
- * Crim has not demonstrated his character is mega fast.
- * NC can gank his opponent as well as disrupt her offense
- Zazie vs MK
- * MK is fast, strong and stealthy.
- * MK can disappear + gank his opponent.
- Yuma vs CB
- * CB is fast
- * CB is strong.
- Subject to change based on OOT requests.
