I'd like to have these 2 moves, but without using any kind of tricks,
so some of you would have a completely original smeargle and 2 pokemon event with these 2 moves to make them learn completely original (personally obtained and with 100% security that are not cheated) that can make these two moves learn to a smeargle and that)
  me can he exchange it?

(I want the pokemon are not made up because I do not want to cheat)
