Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4███ can be kept safely in a minimal security environment. As of 18-03-201█, SCP-4███ is held in a standard Class C room at Site-4-████. All requests for personal items may be granted by any Level 3 or higher authority in exchange for his cooperation with the Foundation. To date, SCP-4███ has requested for the following:

- A Personal Computer (denied).

- Hot Pockets® brand Pepperoni Pizza, No crust (granted).

- Free access to an internet-enabled device (denied).

- Limited Access to an internet-enabled device (granted to facilitate his task, refer to Addendum 4███-C)

SCP-4███ requires no other forms of sustenance apart from the aforementioned Hot Pockets, and remarks often that he would "do it for free". While this has been attempted, perfomance is noted to drop rapidly, as is consistent with the effects of starvation.

Description: SCP-4███ appears to be a male human in his late thirties, of below average height and above average weight. Medical examinations shows results consistent with the average specimen afflicted with asthma and obesity. Psychological reviews indicate that some form of delayed mental development consistent with severe autism and slight retardation of the brain.

SCP-4███, who refers to himself as "ABIB", is noted for his anomalous ability to remove any trace of information regarding the Foundation or any SCPs in any material he has access to.

Addendum 4███-C: In light of SCP-4███'s anomalous ability, the O5 Council has approved the creation of MTF Nu-4 ("No Monetary Gain") with SCP-4███ as its primary member, with Senior Researcher mo██ and Researcher hi██ assigned as his custodians.
