Dear Russavia,

Due to the fact that you have been placed under a site ban from all Wikimedia-related activities, we have contacted everyone that has had their images uploaded within the last week by you and instructed them to cease contact immediately. Because we did not have a procedure to deal with globally banned editors before today, we are going to make an exception to the ban and accept the images, as it would be unfair to delete the images without the users knowing of the ban ahead of time. Note that this is an exception to the ban policy, and will not be utilized in any form in the future.

As such, we will also no longer be accepting images uploaded, solicited by, or respond to e-mails to OTRS regarding permission of images, which are sent by you or someone who has worked with you in any way. Thus, all e-mails to OTRS surrounding permissions will be automatically ignored, and agents will be instructed to report any works that they know of that have been uploaded by you for deletion on the appropriate projects. From this point forward, any images, categories, templates, pages, or anything else created by you on any Wikimedia sitewith the intention of circumventing your ban will be deleted immediately, without prejudice.

As we have been advised by the Foundation to cease working with you immediately, please consider this decision final, and we will not be open to appealing it at this time. Any recognition of your works on Wikimedia sites or OTRS will constitute a bypass of your ban, which the agents have come to a conclusion would be inappropriate.
