He pointed the tip of the blade at the swarm and pressed the button on its hilt. A ray of light emerged from the blade and shot at his target.

With a single blast, a few of the keese were sent tumbling to the ground.

"This thing is great!" Link praised as he continued to fire his beams of light. He destroyed the monsters bit by bit, but unfortunately, they were too much for one person, and they continued their march forward. Felling them at such a slow clip would change nothing.
