Reasoning: Since Hisame has been having to use her devil arm a lot lately. Which is a flaming katana named, Akai ito. She's felt more connected to it with every fight she's been in. Especially if she's won and when she's lost. Her devil's arm was always there to be used at the ready and used efficiently by her which, no one else would able to do. Her strength was obviously growing but with her natural power rising, she needed her magical power to rise and that would take quite a bit of money.

TLDR: Hisame has used her Devil's Arm in all of her fights. In which case, she's used it to cut, slice, thrust, counter, and block at a graceful extent. The flaming katana was one of her strongest items that she had on hand and people would come to see that. And learning to do her magical studies, she would also need to gain money and stop relying on Mori so much for some.
