Idea for a sinner who would be interested in Charlie's idea: graverobbing doctor/resurrectionist. They did what they did out of an earnest desire to help people in the long run, they weren't a sadist or a pervert, they wanted to do good. As soon as they heard about a chance at getting the hell outta Hell, they'd probably come running.
