		1 Potion
		3 Repels

	Enter Gym, Wally Sequence

Route 104:
	Either through grass up, or down and around (avoid Youngster Trainer), get Berries
		Before entering 2nd Grass:
		Potion (Oran Berry if less than 14 Damage)
		Repel
		Enter Forest (Below Lass)
Petalburg Woods:
	Manipulate Bug Catcher, go up and right to Aqua 1 Battle
		Aqua Grunt: Poochyena (Tackles)
	Up and left to 2nd Bug Catcher, avoid, go up, grab Ether, leave Forest
Route 104 (2):
		Grab TM 09 Bulletseed (Unless you want to grab Thief)
		Grab Oran Berries (if needed)
	Right, avoid Winston, Up, avoid Double Battle Twins, Enter Rustboro
Rustboro City
	Head Straight up to gym
		Gym: HEAL TO ABOVE 21 HP
		Up and around to first gym trainer
			Trainer 1: Geodude (Mud Slap x6)
		Up and talk to trainer 2
			Trainer 2: Geodude x2 (Waterguns)
		Up to Roxanne (HEAL TO FULL)
			Roxanne: Geodude x2 (Waterguns)
			Nosepass: Mudslap x1 (if low defense), then Waterguns
	Leave Gym, Head North

	Head down and Right (avoid Bug Catcher and School Girl)

		Rival Text, say NO to battle
		Teleport to Petalburg
Petalburg:
	Head left, go to Briney, boat sequence
Dewford Town:
	Head to Granite Cave
		Use Repels, Grab Escape Rope on top floor
	Steven Sequence, Use Escape Rope, Go to Briney, Boat to Slateport
Route 109:

		Talk to Soft Sand Girl, Equip Soft Sand and Teach TM Rock Tomb over Growl
	Head North, Avoid All Trainers (Watch for Umbrellas)
Slateport City:
	Go up to Shipworks, talk to Dock, Enter Museum
	Go To lower level of Museum
		Aqua Grunt 3: Carvanha (Rock Tombs)
		Aqua Grunt 4:   Zubat (Rock Tomb)
				Carvanha (Mud Shot if Evolved, Rock Tomb into Tackle if not)
		When Evolved, teach Mud Shot over Mud Slap
	Leave Museum (Get TM Thief from upstairs Grunt if not Bullet Seed)

			4-5 Repels (5 only if used on Route 116)

Route 114:
	Down, Avoid Picknicker (behind Lanette’s house), Use last repel (unless need flyer, then get Swablu, 1x Watergun)
		Pick up all 6 Persim Berries
	Avoid all trainers, head to Meteor Falls
		Hiker: (unavoidable) Waterguns
		Super Repel inside Meteor Falls if not used before
Meteor Falls:
	Aqua/Magma Sequence, then leave, Teleport once outside (go right to go out)
Mauville:
	Heal at Center if you DIDN'T after Rose
	Left Through Mauville, up to rock
Route 117:
	Up, avoid all trainers, repel before grass, go right to Lift
Mount Chimney:
	Up, then to left for Magma Battles
		Magma Grunt 1: Numel (watergun)
		Magma Grunt 2: Zubat (Strength)

	Switch Marshtomp with #2 in Party before battle

	Head down Moutain (Stay to right as far as possible, avoid all trainers)

			Slugma (MudShot)
			Camerupt (Mud Shot)

	Leave Gym, Enter First building to the right
		Buy: 6 Heal Powders
			All the Energy Roots you can
	Use Super Repel, Switch Marshtomp BACK TO LEAD, teleport

	Upstairs, Hit Double battle trainers individually
		Aqua Grunt 2/3: Mudshot all except Zubat (Strength Zubat)
	Avoid Spinner

	Heal at Bed (Unless doing Uber difficult Torrent Strats)
	Head right out of Weather Institute

	Enter Town to set flypoint, then head to Mount Pyre (Super repel as needed)
Route 120:
