Guys, solution is simple:
Run the keygen and leavi it open, note the paths were the key is on the registry.
Open regedit and then go and see that the actual key is generated on [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDVD10] instead of [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CyberLink\PowerDVD10]

So what we have to do is make create those two entries on the Wow6432Node:
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\PowerDVD10]
Make a note of:
“UI_RMK”=”xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx”
“HasCDKEY”=dword:00000001″
Then go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\CyberLink\PowerDVD10]
Create those two entries on that node and there you have it.
