  1. Drone Glaisne, One of Many is here. He wields a mystic cudgel in his left hand.
  2.
  3. You hum softly, your leaves resonating in tune with the small set of bone chimes.
  4. You beam broadly at Glaisne.
  5.
  6. Glaisne raises his hand in greeting to you and says "Hi!"
  7.
  8. With a gentle creak, you say, "Hello Mister Glaisne. I hope you are well today?"
  9. With a little wag, Drone Glaisne, One of Many says, "I'm well, thank you! I was pondering a recipe."
  10. Drone Glaisne, One of Many asks, "How are you?"
  11.
  12. You smile, lips creaking softly.
  13. With a gentle creak, you say, "I am very well! Both of my designs were approved, and I have made a gift for Lord Nocht! I hope to give it to Him soon, but I am not sure when. I do not just want to leave it at His fulcrux, but I do not want to ask too much of Him either to receive it in person."
  14. You ponder the situation.
  15.
  16. Glaisne flattens his ears in thought, his head canting to the side. "You could," he drawls as he thinks, "mail it to Him?"
  17.
  18. You hum thoughtfully at Glaisne, your leaves resonating with song.
  19.
  20. With a gentle creak, you say, "Mm... I could, yes. But I think I want to speak to Him. My letters are very bad."
  21. You blush furiously.
  22.
  23. Glaisne tilts his head curiously.
  24. Drone Glaisne, One of Many asks, "Why for?"
  25.
  26. You have emoted: Cheliyi wiggles her fingers.
  27.
  28. Glaisne wiggles his own hoofed hands as he offers, "I could write it for you?"
  29.
  30. You think to yourself: ... Oh.
  31.
  32. You blink.
  33. You beam broadly at Glaisne.
  34.
  35. With a gentle creak, you say, "Thank you, really. But I will be okay, I think."
  36.
  37. Glaisne nods as he lowers his hands. "If you change your mind let me know," he replies with a smile.
  38.
  39. You nod slowly, your chimes clinking in a soft melody.
  40.
  41. Glaisne's tail wags merrily, the furrikin appearing quite pleased with himself.
  42.
  43. You have emoted: Cheliyi watches Glaisne for a long moment, before abruptly blinking and looking away.
  44. You think to yourself: He is very.... *a burst of pink* what? Um.
  45.
  46. You have emoted: Cheliyi clears her throat, a light green flush dusting her features. "I... um. I think I will go pray to Him now. Fare well, Mister Glaisne!"
  47.
  48. You wave goodbye.
  49.
  50. Glaisne waves goodbye at you.
  51.
  52. You speedwalk to the Fulcrux of Nocht.
  53.
  54. The Fulcrux of Nocht.
  55. The image of a beautiful nighttime sky has been stretched across the fulcrux. Dim stars struggle futilely to compete with the terrifying beauty of Mother Night. The ethereal image wavers on occasion, the sky rippling like water in a pond. A lonely hill covered in tall grass leads up to a single shrine. Behind the shrine stands a large blackthorn tree. The tree is taller than most of its kind, extending upwards rather than outwards. Delicate blossoms shower down from its branches, creating a flurry of white petals and filling the air with the pungent scent of wyrden foliage. A complex series of stones orbit around a stygian orb here. A rippling image of a beautiful night sky has been magically wrapped around the fulcrux here. A vicious, ghostly white crow flies here with midnight wings spread.
  56. You see a single exit leading through an image of the night sky.
  57.
  58. The image above wavers and ripples gently as a cold breeze howls through the fulcrux.
  59.
  60. You have emoted: Cheliyi carefully steps down from Murkrow's back, smiling softly up at the flowering blackthorn.
  61. You step down off of a vicious, ghostly white crow.
  62.
  63. You think to yourself: Hello, Cousin! I am sorry that I am not just visiting you, today, but I hope you will not mind.
  64. You beam broadly.
  65.
  66. The boughs of the large blackthorn moan loudly as they shake, sending a new shower of petals cascading across the fulcrux.
  67.
  68. You think to yourself: Lord Nocht, who is very nicely and good has told me His favorite color! It is a very good color, so I decided to make Him a gift. I hope He will like it.
  69.
  70. You pat a dangling earring of willow leaves in a friendly manner.
  71.
  72. You think to yourself: The place He showed me in His vision was so beautiful... and I have never seen it before, I think. I am sure He misses it, unless that is where He is all of the time? Hm.
  73.
  74. The image of the night sky grows terrifyingly dark as an icy breeze cuts across the lonely hill, spiralling patterns dancing across the tall grass.
  75.
  76. You have emoted: Cheliyi runs her fingers through her branches idly, smiling softly up at the many flowering branches.
  77. You think to yourself: So, I made sure to remember His vision as well as I could, and made him an earring! It was very hard to find a gem the color of His favorite shade, but I think it is very close.
  78.
  79. The boughs of the large blackthorn moan loudly as they shake, sending a new shower of petals cascading across the fulcrux.
  80.
  81. You think to yourself: I hope it will be something that makes Him feel as comforted as I am in His presence.
  82. You have emoted: Cheliyi blinks, and frowns at her roots.
  83.
  84. You think to yourself: I hope.
  85.
  86. You have emoted: Cheliyi shakes out her branches with a quiet sigh, and smiles at the master shrine of Nocht.
  87. You think to yourself: Now what to say to Him...
  88.
  89. The boughs of the large blackthorn moan loudly as they shake, sending a new shower of petals cascading across the fulcrux.
  90.
  91. Kneeling humbly, you press your palms together before you and close your eyes momentarily as you pray devoutly to Nocht, the Silent, "Dear Lord Nocht, Who is very nice and wonderful, hello! It is me, Cheliyi! It brings me so much happiness that You answered my question, Lord Silent! I know words are very important to You, and that You spoke to me filled me with so much joy. I thought the color You showed me was very lovely! I do not know the trees You showed me, and some small part of me wishes deep down to meet them. But, I think that they are not ones I can ever see. Still, I hope You can see them because they are so lovely. If in the very sad case You cannot, I have made You a gift! I have remembered Your vision as best as I could and tried to find a gem that matches Your favorite hue of Twilight. I then carved it to be like the leaves in Your memory and wrapped them in shadows, because I know it is one of Your most beautiful parts. The shadows have always been comforting for me, and reading Your teachings has brought me some peace, now. I know that You are ever patient and probably without need of comfort like a lowly mortal such as me, but I hope the gift is comforting for You all the same. Thank you very muchly for listening, and I hope to become a good Childe for you!".
  92.
  93. You stand up and stretch your arms out wide.
  94.
  95. ---> look earring
  96.
  97. A cluster of willow leaves dangles from a shadow-tinted steel hook. Each
  98. leaf has been painstakingly carved, engraved, and polished from a jade
  99. stone of a striking violet hue, reminiscent of the soft colors of
  100. twilight just before the arrival of Mother Night. Shadows wrap around
  101. the slender foliage in a loving embrace, accenting the subtle veins and
  102. swirling engravings that would be lost without their touch.
  103. It has 86 months of usefulness left.
  104. It weighs 1 ounce(s).
  105. It bears the distinctive mark of Devotee of the Tah'vrai, Cheliyi.
  106. It has been stamped with the seal of The Glitterweb Jewellery Cartel.
  107. It has the following aliases: earring, jewelry, jewellery.
  108.
  109. ---> look shrine
  110.
  111. The lower half of this altar is a slender pillar of smooth black crystal. Detailed depictions of vines have been carefully etched into the crystalline piece, curving all the way to a flat top. Hovering mere inches over the flat surface of the pillar is an orb of churning black shadows, darker than Mother Night herself. Several, bright, white stones circle the stygian orb in complex orbits. Each smooth stone is adorned with divine script, and they glow with a latent power.
  112. It weighs about 375 pounds.
  113. It has the following aliases: shrine.
  114.
  115. You have emoted: Cheliyi beams up at the sky, closing her eyes and holding a dangling earring of willow leaves close to her chest. After a long moment she bends down and gently lays the earring atop the crystal pillar, bowing humbly to the master shrine of Nocht.
  116. You drop a dangling earring of willow leaves.
  117.
  118. With a gentle creak, you whisper, "I love You very muchly, Lord Nocht. I will learn to love You as best as I can."
  119. You easily vault onto the back of a vicious, ghostly white crow.
  120.
  121. You stand before the wavering image of the night sky, your arms spread wide. In an instant, shadowy tendrils shoot out and wrap around as they forcibly drag you into the image. All fades to black before you are suddenly hurled into a dark cavern.
