  1. Hey guys, how’s it goin?

  3. As I saw Yoschimidtsu improve the PPL Easy mode time AGAIN and myself flailing aimlessly at Normal mode for the umpteenth time, I came to the conclusion that I have been doing it all wrong this entire time. I need to work smarter, not harder. Instead of doing a serious deep dive into the game's memory and confirming the difficulties in RNG manipulation, I took a glancing look and decided that my time would be better spent just trying to be good. It's not working well and I'm not having fun because of it. In light of that realization, I am going to look into making a TAS of Pokemon Puzzle League's S-Hard and figuring out how the game ultimately works. With the current state of Nintendo 64 emulation, this is only possible with Dolphin and the Wii VC release. I expect that this will be a lengthy project. I suppose I will spend time with Touhou Puzzle League in the meanwhile. I just want to play a Puzzle League game that I don't have to take seriously while I look into the ones I want to take seriously. I've got a few options.

  5. But first, I have a Yu-Gi-Oh! guide to finish. As I sit here at this moment, my new Falsebound Kingdom Yugi guide is up to mission 9/22. Most of the route from this point on has not changed from 2015 so with enough commitment I can definitely have the guide done by next week. (I'm very certain RNG manipulation is not feasible in that game because I can't buffer text box inputs.) It turns out that all Puzzle League and no variety makes me a dull and salty streamer. Maybe I've been doing that all wrong for most of my streaming career, too. KEK

  7. That’s my life story for the week. Until next time, everyone, thanks for reading!
