Try as you might, even while wielding Occisor, you cannot find an opening in her defenses. It is no mere matter of blades, but of skill. Your skill with the sword, you plainly realize, is lacking. The Silver Maiden is forced to accept the blows coming from your pistol, chipping away at her form, but Occisor’s deadly edge is not reaching her. She is capable of not only parrying or guarding against your blows, but the way she twists and moves to evade them surmounts the capabilities of a natural body entirely. She uses her ability to fly, whatever it is, to pull, push, and move her body and aid in her evasive techniques.
