  2. *No Lucky Charms*
  3. It's the time of the year where people gravitate to Deadlocked for some sort of soul-searching, runners old and new trying their hands at both full-game runs and ILs. No LC in particular sees its highest activity in ages, with new runner Felix_Ghost making their mark on the leaderboards with a 54:50, DL legend Skritler beating their near-3 year old PB to claim a 48:27, and Jak aficionado Piggleberry coming quick out of the shadows with a 48:16. The relay runners for this category, fireproofnas and danmcd, are hard at work perfecting their craft in the lead-up, getting a 47:33 and 45:37 respectively with further improvement in sight for the both of them.

  17. *How To Stumble Into Timesave*
  18. As a result of the IL boom, there's been some innovations that have (or might) make their way into full-game runs. All of these are multiple second timesaves and accumulate to be the biggest timesaves ever since switching to ice mod on weapons. The main draw of many of these timesaves is consistency - especially in the late-game where runs can make or break on Ghost Station and DZI.

  29. *The Illest and the ILest*
  30. When hyperstacks were discovered back in March 2018, the individual levels all saw a boom of runners experimenting with the trick and discovering massive timesaves - since then, the activity has been sporadic, mostly flaring up in the wake of new strats (wrench kills on bosses, new vehicle stage strats). This month has been the revival nobody could've seen coming, with nearly all of the stages in the game getting new records and experienced runners throwing their hats into the ring to claim some incredible times. Ricky, SnEE, mobius, Cyprys, Onex, Skritler, Goofy and Skitz have all pushed ILs to the limit this month, with below being a summary of all the records that have changed.
