  1. This past week of September 2019, the government of France has denied the request of Edward Snowden to relocate himself to France.

This denial occurred after French government ministries received a reminder letter, that 'Edward Snowden' is a CIA fraud engaged in criminal activity against both European and USA citizens, as well proven in the files of France's DGSE, its 'Direction générale de la Sécurité extérieure', equivalent to the USA CIA.

  5. The letter, written by USA political exile and witness to European governments Dr Les Sachs in Brussels, a former employee of the USA Justice Department, is below in both English translation and the original imperfect French.

Although France's intelligence services have long been aware that Edward Snowden is a CIA fraud conducting criminal activity, and helping perhaps silence and murder real whistle-blowers duped into contacting Snowden media partners, such as the also CIA-tied Glenn Greenwald, some of the current ministers for Président Macron's government were perhaps unaware of this hoax, before Dr Leszek Sachs' letter was circulated at French government ministries this week.

  9. Reference and link were provided in the letter, to the report authored by Dr Les Sachs for European governments, 'Snowden and Greenwald are CIA frauds', covering the proofs that Snowden is a CIA deception project with his 'nothing really new' alleged 'revelations'.

  11. These proofs range from the fact that Snowden allegedly first 'leaked' to the CIA-tied friend and biographer of Bush VP Dick Cheney at the Washington Post, Bart Gellman; to another open fact that, like his fellow CIA faker 'Julian Assange' -

'Edward Snowden' refuses to discuss or make use of the massive trove of files possessed by both Snowden's legal team and Wikileaks, on the bribery and corruption of the USA's federal judges in Virginia, who are the judges who would put Snowden and Assange 'on trial'. These files, proving the total political corruption of the USA Virginia federal judiciary, have already helped stop other extraditions - yet Snowden & Assange, both loyal to CIA instructions, totally refuse to discuss public files that would instantly make their own extraditions to the USA impossible, if they were actually concerned about 'extradition' and not CIA fakers.

  15. As a number of intelligence agency observers have noted, it is not even certain if 'Edward Snowden' actually lives most of the time in Russia. Vladimir Putin drops hints he is aware Snowden is a fraud, and that he is playing along as part of the long series of CIA-Russia 'quiet deals' over the decades.

Similarly, Julian Assange may well not be living 'in UK Belmarsh prison', just as he was almost certainly not 'living at the London Ecuador Embassy' all those years, both stories being easily hoaxed by the UK's MI5-MI6 with their partners, e.g., London police 'watching' the Ecuador Embassy to help move Assange in and out.

As the DGSE [French intelligence agency] can confirm for you, Madame the French Justice Minister, President Macron, and the government of France, are the targets of a large-scale deception fraud by the malicious director of the CIA, Ms Gina Haspel, concerning the man who is well-known by many governments as a fraud of the CIA, 'Edward Snowden', a fraud hidden by CIA media partners et particularly by Google-Alphabet.

  33. As the DGSE is able to explain, the proofs that Snowden is not a 'dissiden' are multiple and incontrovertible. 'Operation Snowden' is criminal, defrauding funds from the European public, and also a 'rat trap' in order to identify and perhaps assassinate genuine dissidents, duped by Snowden and his CIA-tied 'journalists'. The CIA wishes to conduct and expand its crimes on the territory of France. CIA Director Haspel is in effect insulting France; some Americans speak of the 'stupid Europeans', who believe the 'clever lies' supported by Google etc.
