What occurred:
734 was at NEXHAP when he witnessed a civilian commit an Audio Violation. He chased the Suspect past the Plaza barriers into the building with the catwalk connected. 734 was kicked down the stairs then kicked in the head and immobilised. He was then thrown over the railing of the catwalks, where the Suspect proceeded to steal a SIG P229, a Stunstick and three Zip ties. Units 669 and 933 heard muffled screaming and banging in Communications, where Unit 669 and 933 then sweeped the district with the apartments, Medbay and Cybercafe. Unit 734 was not found, so they proceeded down the stairs of the building with the catwalk connected and found 734 in a supine position on the floor. The Suspect was besides him, and ran off. The units fired shots at the man, but he managed to flee into the Sewers. 669 and 933 then tended to 734 and escorted him into the Nexus Medbay.

Medical Report:
734 was found with a dislocated right leg and groin trauma. He was not unconscious and recovered quickly. 933 treated his injuries. 734 is currently stationed in the Nexus Medbay.

Conclusion: 734 was neutralised by a Citizen, had a SIG P229, three zipties and a Stunstick stolen. 669 and 933 escorted him into the Medbay and has recovered.
