  2. The Adobe Creative Suite (ACS) is crucial for the company. The ACS will definitely need to be migrated to the cloud. The type of cloud modeling used will be the software-as-a-service (SAAS). SAAS providers will is managed by the providers. The SAAS model will allow the user to use online software through the browser. This means that the designer is able to gain access to the software application via the internet. The designer is able to gain access to their work anywhere via internet. SAAS is generally low cost, scalable and flexible. This is scalable because the company will only need to pay the resources currently needed by the company. It is easy to upscale or downscale the companies IT requirement as and when required. This means that you are allowed to increase or decrease your existing resources to accommodate your increasing business needs or changes. This will allow you to support growth within the company without expensive changes. Since the software is hosted on the internet, the company will not need pay for hardware.

  4. Office 365 can also be used by the company. Office 365 allows the user access to Microsoft Office application and other services that is enabled over the cloud. Office 365 will be very beneficial for the company as it provide many tools that the company needs. The service offered by office 365 is all of the Microsoft office products, email with 50 GB mailbox, 1 TB file storage and sharing, HD video conferencing and office apps on tablets and phones. RC Media relies heavily of Microsoft office products and Microsoft office365 offered a lot of solution for the problem faced.
  5. Emails within the company is currently hosted within the company server. There is some security flawed with this type of storage. Email are usually not backed up. Office 365 offer backup services that is included in this package. This means that the company will not need to back up the emails.
  6. Vital information such as customer information and design work is crucial for the company. These data must be stored safely. Currently these data is stored in a hard disk drive with 500gb. Another 500gb hard disk is used as back up and brought back home. The current method of saving these information is flawed and dangerous. There is always the risk of leakage of data and losing those back up. Since the backup is brought home, this means that the member might forget to bring the hard disk and back up could not be done that day (assuming back up is done on a daily basis). Microsoft office 365 offers 1tb of data per user. Member of the company can store the data into the cloud safely and securely. Moreover, only people with the proper access is able to gain access to this data.
