[01:41] The duo walks out of the building, Sugarboy following a blind man. continually muttering "vampire, help, medic" He seems overly fatigued and it's a wonder how he's standing.

[01:43] The doctor almost immediately reached out for Sugarboy and Epsilon, basically reaching out and hugging one of them to keep some support and aid, while, looking over to Eagleheart, and gesturing with the free hand to ask for his help as well.

Likely for the other boy.

"It's going to be alright now, we're going to the clinic and we'll take care of you there. Please let us take you there."

There's a brief pause, and he'd merely lift a single hand, waving it through the thin air-- and surely enough, a faint, almost serene gust of wind rolls by, whistling past the ashen strands into just a soothing, short-lived gust-- though it's quite cold, more-so then the rest of the air surrounding them.

The smile remains there when he shifts, turning to face Bai.

"Holy's soft, pretty-- and benevolent on surface, at least. So that's a thing, yeah? Art."

Another shift, and he'd lean back against the dojo walls yet once again, allowing his eyes to settle close in the moment there.

"On a side note, ever thought about trying out some craft? Making a living would be a lot easier if one is an alchemist, or a smith, I suppose."

[01:45] The blind man smiles, trying to blink- it doesn't work, of course. He nods, reaching out to grab near where the voice is coming from. "Aha- no worries, my friend."

His arms shake, but his expression remains more or less resolute. "Did you catch them? You ran off so fast."

[01:47] Epsilon feels out towards the bed, and crawls in.

[01:48] Sugarboy falls onto the bed and curls up in the fetal position, shivering. There's a break in his chanting, "- Ep needs his hat, he can't get better without his hat"

[01:52] Epsilon laughs. That makes about as much sense as anything else. "Oh. Of course."

[01:52] Kim Yugao says, "...Is he suffering from trauma? It looks like it."
[01:53] Eagleheart asks, "What?"
[01:53] The doctor did what they usually did whenever they went over to take care of someone at the clinic. Initially, removing their gloves and the mask, and wearing white one's instead.

"Mister Eagleheart, take care of the blonde one please, I'll have to make a...Let's see."

The doctor fist approached both hands over to the dark haired man's face, keeping it still so they could look over the extension of the damage and what was actually happening there. At first glance it was obvious that he was missing the eyes, but Hidatsu needed to know the cause of it, and more than anything else, how to treat it.

"I suppose I'll need to...Perform a replacement reparation with glass, orchilacum crystals and wires to the circuitry behind his eyes...It...Can get complicated here."

[01:54] Eagleheart says, "Got a bit of experience on seeing things without seeing. Maybe you can do something with that."

[01:54] Epsilon says, "Hm? Aha- yes, yes. The two of us, eyeless together. Funny."

[01:58] Kim stares at the patients for a while, turning his attention to Armis. He nods towards the staircase and leaves the experienced healers to their devices.

[02:02] Of course, it meant a bit more than that. He carefully put a hand to Epsilon's shoulder, slowly sending the soothing chime around the smaller boy. His mask floated off, and the hood was pulled away, revealing the blind man's expression.

He seemed to stare directly onto the boy, but nevertheless, he had to solve the problem of what happened first. The soothing chime seems to follow through Epsilon's head, until...

They finally reach the eyes. Oh, what a gruesome vision, but alas, a brief moment of recovery of Epsilon's own vision. That was how Eagleheart managed to see the world-- Epsilon, for a brief instant, could see the ruggedness of all things around.

Every surface was sensed, but no colors were present.

And then, he carefully moved his fingers around, as the kit seemed to assemble itself into different pieces as it floated in the air. "How did you get this?", he asked.

It was slowly coming in place, faux eyes, enveloped in mythril, with several spots for connecting to the mana circuitry. They were surprisingly alike real ones, but...

... They just weren't real.

But they'd do.

[02:03] Vanessa whispers something.
[02:08] Observing the blonde one instead upon Eagleheart's suggestion, it could become clear that the young and calm man was suffering from some very intense heat of a fever; supernatural even, as his skin was almost hurting to the touch so hot it was.

"This is- This is definitely the work of occult induced flames. Luckily for you it's not very hard to treat, since it's...A little of on my field. Please, be still for one moment."

The doctor said trying to at least, calm the blonde one a little. It was true that the extent of that overheating fever wasn't exactly too severe, or at least not enough that couldn't be kept controlled and cared for.

Reaching out for the shelf and over those smaller containers, Hidatsu picked a very small but filled small glass of what seemed to be water; except, it was a teal colored water that the doctor would already be famous for, since that was very much the product of their own casting.

Extending it over to Sugarboy, they nodded while saying it.

"First I'll need you to drink this; it's going to help with the heating of your body and to keep it at a more controlled levels. But- You'll still be feeling the effects of a fever, Mister."

With a brief sigh they said it, leaning forward to take a good look at Sugarboy's eyes from under the glasses, and his own skin overall, to see how much of the heat would be going down, or not. If the man drank the medicine, the sensation of it would be almost immediate.

That was indeed water enhanced with the holy arts, it would taste a little salty if anything, but soothing and chilling almost as if it had a property different to the water itself. Not cold and not stinging either. Once ingested, the blonde man's body and that overheating effects from his own problems would gradually lower itself, not suddenly, but with time he would be feeling the fever coming down to a common level of an infection or one that he might have already experienced in the past.

"I'm treating you as if this is an actual fever, so for your own safety and to keep your body temperature below dangerous levels, I recommend you to not stay out in the sun. At all during the day, and always try to keep yourself refreshed and never too muffled by clothes, or jackets."

Reaching out for the glass again the doctor continued, gesturing as if they would adjust the glasses on their face again, but the glasses just weren't there, a bad habit they have already developed over the time.

"-Avoid as much as you can any kind of physical exercise for the period of at least two weeks, unless you feel the symptoms going down, and please check at the clinic daily to keep your temperature registered so I can administer new dosages of the medicine."

Nodding still Hidatsu said it, sighing just enough to actually be able to put a small smile on their face, and simply - gently - patting Sugarboy on the shoulder.

"Doctor's orders!"

[02:09] "Funny story, that." Epsilon smiles, tilting his head a little. Just from expression alone, one might not realize anything was the matter. But even without the missing eyes, there's something off.

"We just seemed to be wandering alone, and ran into some trouble in the caves. A group of them, good mister Frank, two vampires, mm... one more I did not recognize. She was the one who did this." His fingers point up towards the burnt sockets.

He shrugs. "I am not sure if we won. They were intending to keep us, and- well. They failed at that. We did escape, hm?"

He seems oblivious, mostly, to the motions Eagleheart is making, assembling the materials. He simply sits, quietly, listening to the polite smalltalk of the party.

[02:10] Taro Wvelven whispers something.
[02:17] The blonde grabs the bottle the good doctor hands him and shakily drinks it. He'll lay on the bed for a moment, waiting for it to take effect. His shivering will cease and the mumbling to himself stops.

Sugarboy takes a couple of deep breaths to steady himself as he listens to the doctor. Nodding. He looks bummed he can't be out in the sun, afterall, being out in the water in the afternoon had been his livelihood all of his life.

As the doctor continues on, the teen reaches into his pocket, and begins hastily writing on it. They were medical notes he had been compiling, and he was adding how to treat a fever based on what the doctor had said and he had seen. "Thank you Doc- uh.. can I ask what was that I drank?"

[02:19] Oh, how terrifying this was. Luckily, Eagleheart was used to seeing much, much worse terrors than this, and often, it was the result of these that he had to eliminate the cause and anyone that unfortunately fell to corruption.

But then, of course, Epsilon might just feel a slight tinge around his eyes, when two orbs of Mythril float towards him. With their core made of Orchilacum, they conduct mana around -- It was a device to facilitate mana sight, no less, and to perhaps input it directly onto his brain.

The soothing chime got STRONGER within the hallway, but it mostly focused upon Epsilon's face. Whomever watched this could probably almost feel the pain that he was inflicting upon the boy, unfortunately, but to him... It was likely going to be alright.

At least, his eyes. What others would see was a brutal display -- Slowly, the Order magi moved one of his hands in front of the eye sockets, palm wide open, and then...

Slowly, his fingers moved to touch at now visible mana circuits, enveloped in holy energy. And then, he pulled on them.

And tugged these virtual lines, exposed by him, onto the faux eyes that he was just implanting, dragging a bit of skin along. A soft massage ensued quickly after, and the same procedure was repeated to the other eye, until they both looked...

Mostly normal. Except for the eye-sized mythril ball located in the middle, of course. Hardwired to allow him to see the mana of that around him, yes -- But it chimed constantly with Eagleheart's Order magic, apparently dwelling on a small source of that left imbued on the orchilacum core.

And then, he let out a sigh, holding a hand up.

It shone with cosmic magic, mixed along with holy magic. "How many fingers am I holding up?" He said. Two, in fact.

[02:24] The young doctor smiled now the entire consulting and procedure took place over with the blonde young man, instead of having that overall more serious expression on their face as before.

"I've given you a concentrated dose of water enhanced with the holy arts. It's meant to effectively combat the occult nature of your infection and act as a direct reactant to keep your body temperature lower."

With a nod, the young doctor tilted their head over to the side and gestured with a hand towards Sugarboy, likely taking their time to explain it over to the teen.

"It seems to me - but I'm not entirely certain - that you're currently infected with an occult physical curse that is running through your blood and mana circuitry, leading your body to try and reach unnatural degrees of temperature to combat the fake infection - which is actually a curse - on yoursystem. What I gave you is going to balance that and slowly correct it."

Offering the blonde one a single 'thumb's up' motion, the dark haired young one actually grinned over him.

"You'll be better as soon as your body can refilter and replenish the effected blood. Until then I must suggest you to avoid heating yourself even further. Or...Ah, more than necessary, yes."

[02:25] Exploring outskirts-- a clinic, public spot, though not one would expect to wander in without a proper purpose. Not that it mattered, and Zeriel didn't particularly wait to see if Bai was following along before slowly, quietly making his way inside. Hands remain slipped inside the pocket of the delicate coat for most parts, and cerulean hues glances about, taking in the structure.

Each step did bring a certain sensation, though-- getting closer to it, a certain soothe, allure. Not one he could recognize, but it did grow strong. A chime getting larger, and larger before abruptly expanding. Naturally, he followed along, upstairs, then.

He didn't know what he was expecting to see up there, though this? This likely wasn't it.

Slowly drifting over to one of the corners and somewhat leaning against the wall, he'd watch what appeared to be... quite disturbing, on surface, at least-- though judging by the man's question, and the place they stood upon... it was probably some sort of treatment.

A soft hum-- that's all escaped him, and he'd watch. Quiet, for most parts.

[02:29] Following alongside his seemingly more competent friend, their travels took them to the various places around Huang, which for the most part was just some mining and waving at vendors. Yet as they entered the clinic his eyes were set on Zeriel, steps taking them up the stairs and into a small room where...Something was going on.

About ready to turn back and search for Ban he began turning around, only to see the teen take a place in the obviously private room of some patients. The quietist sigh left Bais body and without trying to bother anyone, made their way to join his friend against the wall. All the while just watching with mild interest in the scene taking place in front of him.

[02:31] Epsilon remains wholly still, focused on allowing Eagleheart to perform as need-be. He feels the pull, the tingle of contact.

An odd feeling. He smiles at the thought. The numbed pain, the suffering being prevented, he still feels that, dimmed by the holy magic as is.

He blinks a few times, staring his new eyes focus. Blurry at first, then more solid. "Ah. Simple- I see-"

He examines the multitude of fingers. "Dozens. Of course."

He pauses. No. That's not right.

"...A bad joke. Two. Thank you, friend."

[02:33] Sugarboy nods, adding to the notes, "Guess I'll need some new duds- these might be a little too revealing for my, delicate skin" He says with a playful, soft voice before laughing. He always tried to make light of the situation, find something to laugh at. "I'll definitely be sure to heed your advice Doc- I can't be any help if my brain boils." he says rolling over still a little weak, but beams a smile, "Think you could teach me more about medicine when you have time? If I'm gonna be cooped up indoors for two weeks, I wanna make it productive."

[02:37] Nodding along the doctor just chuckled, tapping over the red sash across their chest and the uniform.

"You'll likely be seeing a lot of Miss Yuki, then. She's a nurse under me. My name is Hidatsu Tougou; Fourfold Lieutenant and Huangzhou Head Doctor. You'll be fine, don't worry.~"

Winking over Sugarboy they also made light of the situation as well, not to mention that Hidatsu always made light of literally everything. Turning on their heels however, and almost sliding on the pair of socks they were wearing only, the dark haired young uniformed doctor looked over the both of the boys by the corner.

Curiously leaning to the side and looking over to Bai and Zeriel behind the dividers, the doctor shot them a curious sideways smirk a they waved them to come closer.

"Mm, you both being shy over there, may we help you young misters?"

[02:37] Taro resists the urge to catch both Eagleheart and Hidatsu in a group hug. Instead, he throws down a smokebomb to mask his ninja escape.

.. But the bomb is a dud, and only make a small black mark on the floorboards.

"Sorry, Hida'."

[02:40] He lets out a small sigh. Thank be Kraus, the boy's alright, at least. Or so he thought. "Listen, Epsilon... Something's going on." The man speaks, voice entirely serene-- Although a tinge of relief is felt under all that. However, he starts to speak more about it.

"There was some reminiscent corruption, but... You should be alright. My mana is inside your eyes, making sure the connection is forced with your brain... So everything works out alright."

"It'll slowly deplete and, while it lasts, will fight off anything that they put inside you. But it'll be enough to make sure you get used... It's not like seeing, I imagine, but you can see the mana from other people, and from everything around you."

"Now, Eps, I need you to stay around with me every now and then, yeah?" He spoke, rising a single hand towards the man, waiting for him to grab it, palm wide open.

Of course, while he did that, the mythril prosthetic's fingers slowly moved around-- Seemingly putting something into... Somewhere, as all the tools he used were slowly put back into their spots.

Which were almost no tools, actually. But he cleaned up after Hidatsu, too!

Beware of the flying scalpels, though, even if they do fly pretty high up. "Don't wanna hear about you getting into trouble like that. I'll need to talk to you again a bit... But later. We're both too tired. You should get some rest for now, and then, we'll talk as soon as we can."

[02:43] Epsilon asks, "Of course, yes. Thank you, friend. I... may require some getting used to it, hm?"
[02:43] Quietly would he listen to the words that escaped the older male-- focused, as if it was himself whom the advice was being given to, rather than the one laying across the beds. No words find their way out, really, and he'd merely lean back, watching. Was there an accident? Run-in with demons, or so?

Who knows.

It isn't until the doctor's voice embraces along his senses would the boy finally blink once, close his eyes, and then blink yet once again before turning around. The crystal hues wander over, focused upon Hidatsu's form for just a moment longer before his lips would finally part, and words to escape are quite soft, quiet.

"No, we're good... sorry, didn't mean to interrupt anything. Haven't seen much of the Huagzhou outskirts yet, and supposed a clinic would be a public place."

Wandered in for no particular reason, mostly. Probably a bad idea, though it likely didn't matter much in the end.

"We can leave if that's ideal, though."

[02:47] A light shrug is given, they had just been following Zeriel around, "Didn't mean to interrupt anything myself either, I was just...Sightseeing? That sounds a bit off though...Guess I was just learning." They scratched the back of their head lightly and a gave a slight cheerful chuckle. Having not known that Zeriel was interesting in clerical type duties, it was an interesting fact to learn.

"Shall we just leave then? Sorry if we bothered anyone."

[02:50] "nah nah, you dudes are good! It's always good to see some new faces!" The tanned patient said, for some reason wanting them to feel welcomed, "Stick around as long as ya like- but I'mma pass out." he says sprawling out in the bed, it had been the first time in two years he had actually slept in one. "Night dudes- and thanks again Doctor Hida- I look forward to learning from ya.." grabs a pillow and cuddles up to it, "Oh- and I'm Sugarboy... Yeah it's really my name" he says with a yawn before dozing off.

[02:50] A soft chuckle was offered to both of them, and a hand covering their mouth while they did so, just shaking the head while the purple colored eyes moved over again to look at Zeriel and Bai up and down.

"By any means, no. This is a public building, for patients and the medic staff. I...Think you've heard my absolutely obnoxious introduction a while ago; I'm the head doctor from Huangzhou, and generally work here."

Gesturing with one of their hands to the red sash across their chest, it would be made noticeable the white circle in front of it, with a black shengese character written 'medic' in front of it.

"Just be careful if you venture east, and your way into Deseti; or north, yes? The demons and the vampires are being very active now days. Our patrols have been keeping them on check you.~"

It's quietly murmured outwards, and he'd merely tilt his head over to the side, watching. Features remain blank for most parts, and there'd another hum which escapes, lighter and less audible than before for a couple more, longer moments.

Well, so it wasn't an issue if they stayed for a moment longer, then.

"What happened to these two? Assaulted by demons or vampires?"

The words are mumbled, and he'd take a single step closer, hands grasping one-another behind his back all the while as the teenager tip-toes, trying to take a look at the patients.

"--thanks for the heads up, though. Will try to not venture far away from the town-" a pause, and a brief glance is spared in Bai's direction. "Yeah?"
