  6. This gilt edged calling card has been made from a delicate mixture of fine linen and pure cotton. Ink procured from octopuses has dyed the obverse of the card completely black, while the reverse of the card has been carefully lined with purple octopus skin. Inlaid with fine gold, a ferocious image of a golden octopus has been embossed in the center of the card. The eyes of the golden octopus have been purposely unfinished, as the black ink behind them, enhances a sinister expression on its face. The octopus’s tentacles twist and turn within themselves as they reach out to the ends of each corner of the card. Clutched between the lower four tentacles of the card, are miniature representations of each City-State of Sapience. Finely detailed calligraphy has been inlaid in white gold on the reverse of the card that read, “Contact the SOD division of the Consortium House, to inquire about your stolen goods.”
