You leave for S5 W7 City Hall.
S5 W7 City Hall(#212RL)
     City Hall is a transparent, slightly dome wide-set at its base, with the swirling patterns of half-started spectrums swirling around the flimsy shell.  The shell itself seems almost to breathe, as it flexes in the breeze and the changes of the people around it.  A copper arch marks the most fixed spot and the easiest entrance to the hall.

     Around the globe a sparkling array of smaller globes cling to the exterior, each an office or a room or department, and these rooms swirl around as if to off-vertical ferrous wheels on a structure imitating a soap bubble.

     The park outside City Hall softly rises and falls, with spots of leaves and flowers of all colors popping into and out of being easily, and more rarely but still sometimes shrubs or bushes or even the odd tree makes it appearance, or exit, quietly but ever changing the light of the center.
        Low clouds, shining silver in the light of an absent moon, obscure the drifting stars.  It seems like it's around 4 am.

Mako says, "Hmmm.... I am in agreement, but a corollary - You also need to have flexibility. No plan survives first contact and all that, and you're gonna need to be able to think on your feet to adapt WITH the other people."
Bleu stands and clears her throat. "Like my fellow candidates have said, an ability to lead by example, and inspire creativity is vastly important. However, I would postulate that having a good sense of fun is JUST AS important. Also, being able to listen and accept feedback is a MUST."

Samnang thinks for a few minutes. "I think that a mayor should have many qualities, not the leas tof which is humility. To be able to smile at their own mistakes. Laugh if need be along with those that choose to sling rocks. That not withstanding the ability to separate their personal irritations and leave them behind so as to not bring undue drama or harm to our fellow citizens. That is my thought."

This regardless of deed of ownership would need to be ruled in court to the supposed owners when all we'd nee to do would be to show that we've been here for some time, likewise pay any back taxes. But that's just prattle as I've done everyone a solid and paid the back taxes for SpinDizzy and have taken ownership, but I'm not going to lord that over anyone."

If they try to force their way, yes. I would deny their request and ask that the actual "owner" (and I use that term loosely) come and explain themselves."

A lot of my interactions in the past have been one on one sessions, where I do what I can to cater to my partner in the specific ways they're looking for. But group activities take a whole new skillset. One where you have to create shared experiences that accomodate everyone, and endure past a one-off conversation to become part of a shared canon, a history everyone can feel like they're a part of, a place everyone has a part of being. Honestly, I can say I've chilled out over the years myself - and this has helped accelerate that, because it takes level-headedness and people skills and thoughtfulness to work with a large community all at once.

I was not as successful in this as I would have liked. I love a good co-operative, safe and fun combat experience, where the only thing on the line is how fun of a time it is for everyone. Socializing, puzzle solving and mischevious shenanigans are all great kinds of fun on their own, but a great fight or dungeon crawl with flashy, fun attacks, interesting opponents and co-operative experience is a wonderful time that I want to see more of!

Gigan is, as might be inferred from a brief look at him, a dragon. His 6'2" morphic body is settled nicely into the 'average' category in terms of proportion, body covered in smooth opalescent scales. And like white opal, his scales tend to shimmer with a rainbowy hue when the light is strong. Large, golden eyes are set in classic position for a predator, cartilidge 'eyeridges' performing the same task as mammalian eyebrows. No hair or horns on his head, just a couple of earfins, their delta shape supported by movable cartilidge spars.

Casual, that's the look that he's going for here. Casual doesn't have to exclude having a certain amount of style, however. For all the cuts and colors of shirt that he typically chooses to wear, all share certain similiar features. First, all have a mandarin collar, the top button left undone to allow air to circulate or to provide a convenient place to store his sunglasses. Second, all of them have a closeable slit for the membranous sails of his wings to poke out through. Though his musculature and mass balance isn't up for more than short flights, his wings are definitely too small to stuff under the shirt.

His shirt tucks into a good pair of slacks, cut to allow him a reasonable amount of movement without being baggy. He favors slacks with a few accessory pockets, at least one of which is typically stuffed with an automatic baton. A dark leather belt with pewterish clasp keeps the slacks where they should be, and supplies a place for his PDP to clip. Feet are covered by shoes made especially for digitigrade feet, tightened with a clasp over the top and about the 'heel'.
