By accessing or using Forge Athletics' services, including our website, camps, clinics, and
communication systems (including SMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Offered
Forge Athletics provides baseball instruction, clinics, camps, and other athletic development
programs. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without
notice.
3. Registration and Communication
By signing up for any service or communication from Forge Athletics, you agree to provide
accurate contact information. If you opt into our SMS program, you agree to receive periodic
messages (up to 4 per month).
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request
help by replying HELP.
4. Payments and Refunds
Fees for camps, clinics, and private instruction must be paid in full prior to participation.
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be subject to processing fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Forge Athletics is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during
participation in our programs. Participation is at your own risk.
6. Privacy

use, and protect your information.
7. Changes to Terms
