- She smiled faintly and looked towards her journal before resting the pen down and sighing loudly as she rubbed her hands after realizing how long she spent writing, feeling how sore her wrist and fingers felt. She then looked towards her mentor and soon responded calmly.
- "I...was jus noting, so I can review it in future...and...I know I will figure it out eventually...its just...I think that my left eye...is awakening...it began to pulsate frequently..."
- She said with somewhat embarassed tone, slowly moving her hand towards her left eye as if to cover it, clearly remembering the uncomfortable pulsating pain she experienced once again few days ago, folloed by temporary change in how her left eye percieved the world, turning from normal colors to blueish faint glowing spots all around her, outlining everything, except of people, who were more looking like see through dolls with visible veins within them.
- "Dad said...that our left eye is special...cursed but with ability to see mana...if awaken and trained to use it..." she mumbled out quietly.

- Gin T. Mikoto: The ability to see mana? Sounds like mana sight to me, that's pretty cool.
- Sophia Ryozo: Sound so...but its painful...
- Gin T. Mikoto: How so?
- Sophia Ryozo: Each time...it begins with pulsating pain...
- Sophia Ryozo: I sitll didn't learn how to control it."
- Gin T. Mikoto: Hmmm.
- Gin T. Mikoto: Wish I know how to help you.
- Sophia Ryozo: Though I will need help with getting these materials...
- Gin T. Mikoto: Actually...
- Gin T. Mikoto: I have a little something I got from attacking the bandit camp...
- With that done she returned towards her journal, once more filling in the pages, though this time writing about the issues with her left eye which once again began to act, she noted the previous situations when it "awaken" with similar pulsating pain and bluish glow appearing around people, though unlike the last time where the effect remained for just few seconds, this time it remained for few few good minutes, leaving her to perceive the world in different angle.
- With Gin's explenation she realized what what she saw was infact an mana, meaning that her eye was capable of seeing mana of everything and everyone around you, even through obstacles. She wrote how the idea made her curious and willing to experiment with the eye itself, learn how to control its activation and how to keep it active for longer peroid of time without having to relay on the random "Outbursts" and for that she had to find a book covering the mana sight itself.
