okay so I am not sure if this is fav thing to do to others or have done to them??? BUT HERE'S BOTH ANYWAYS.

Erica - she really likes a bit of power play? I think I can see it with Derek maybe where it's like lady in the street BUT ALPHA IN THE BED. also I just like thinking of Derek just relinquishing all that responsibility and control for once and just letting someone else take charge and dflkj yeah. She enjoys being on top and that spontaneity thing totally applies with everything so standing up, against the wall sex is up there with either.
Jackson - he's usually down for anything, but he's a big shmoop with issues on the inside and he really likes it when people talk to him throughout because he needs that comfort aspect. with erica, he likes to get into a lot of foreplay before anything, so it's a lot of teasing and competing over who can make who give in faster. with derek, jackson always riles him up first because angry sex is the best sex and its really when they go at it with no holding back.
Derek - he likes to take it all slow and careful with both of them until he realizes that they are very much the people he doesn't necessarily have to worry about that with. he'd still be like the one asking if everything's okay and i think he likes finding out what they each like and how it differs and remembering the little things for next time. again, giving up control for Derek is good. and if it didn't bring up bad kate memories? being held/tied down if he ever feels like he's in that mood.
