- I feel like procrastination is the root of a lot of my personal problems with myself (and I'm probably not alone in this). Procrastinate on things I know will make me feel better and they don't get done. Say I'll do it later and it never happens or the opportunity passes by. Then can't enjoy other stuff because the thought of what I should be doing is lingering, whether it's really something I need to do or not. I feel like if I can get better about catching myself when I think this way it would butterfly effect to helping a lot of other things.
- Anyone who feels they are good about not procrastinating (I can't imagine this a ton of people) or anyone who struggled with it a lot and has gotten better, anything you have done to help this? Besides just telling yourself to not be a lazy shit, that's my general go to but it only works very temporarily and sporadically.
