  1. It's been business as usual at Atelier Laineth, and for once in a what's been a good while, Laineth is not busy in the work room, and is actually sitting behind the counter. The hours have dragged on, and customers regular and familiar, as well as new and curious have filtered in and out. Now, it's approaching evening, but there's still time left till closing.
  2.
  3. But given these are the dead hours, Laineth has chosen to pass the time tapping away on a smartphone. Probably browsing the net and social media. She's not a big computer person, but it's got its uses, she has to admit. Hmmhmm, what's going on in Empyrean news today anyway...?
  4.
  5. While Laineth taps away at the screen, the little jingle of the bell on the door announces the arrival of a customer. In walks Kongiku, her chest bouncing in time with her steps. The kitsune walks aimlessly around the shop, peering at a potion here and a tincture there. She clearly has no idea what she's doing, from the faintly puzzled expression on her face...
  6.
  7. Laineth looks up at the bell's jingle, and then back down after noting that the new arrival is just browsing. .... .... A few minutes pass, and said customer still doesn't make a selection, so Laineth looks back up and over at her. This time, she actually takes more than a passing look, and... oh. A fox. Probably. Cute. But nevermind that, business is afoot! "Excuse me! Can I help you? You look a little lost over there." Laineth calls out to Kongiku with a faintly amused, but polite smile on her face.
  8.
  9. "Ah! I'm not certain you have what I need, but...you see, I require, ah..." the fox says, turning to look at the shopkeeper for the first time. Her animal eyes look the elven woman up and down, her gaze clearly paying ample attention to Laineth's chest. "My instincts, you understand. They're rather strong, and I feel I need assistance in restraining them." ...yes, all the children she's had speak volumes about those instincts.
