  1. My accountant asked for your tax residence certificate because he wanted to clarify the issue of withholding tax. Usually the buyer is indicated to pay this, however sometimes the seller is indicated in the contract. The accountant stated that the mention of this tax is in our contract but it is not clear who is responsible for it. It can be assumed that this is about the buyer, because the point regarding payment is net income, so this tax is deducted before the transfer - right?
