  397. If a user leaves the university before graduating they either have to pay the balance of the laptop or
  398. turn the laptop in. They will receive an email about this once they are not enrolled at UNC.
  399. They do get a one semester pass though and as long as they enroll after that semester they can keep their laptop.
  400. If a user calls and needs to contact CCI about the semester off we can submit a ticket to ITS-CCI and they will
  401. contact the student very quickly. Also if the student is unsure of where to turn the laptop in we can
  402. send a ticket to ITS-CCI for this and they will coordinate with the student to get the laptop turned in.
