- Folder 01, VIDEO M2U00010 Det. Pierre (Broadway & Cortlandt)
- #N15 Boadway Street between Cortlandt and Dey St ("TS" = Time Stamp)
- Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3F-Nwd4B_2M

- Tape opens with a Megaphone saying, "Please clear this corner." White Shirt explaining to a journalist that he has to move. Journalist: "I am the press. We have a right to film. We have a right to be here." Camera moves away from the press who's speaking to follow the rest of the press crew.
- TS 00:20 a cop moves toward the boom operator and press cameraman, herding them with a riot shield down the street and away from the corner. Megaphone again, "Please clear the corner. This is the 2nd warning. Please clear this sidewalk. Go one block north to Cortlandt Street". Standing on the corner or sidewalk is against the law now.
- TS 00:52 White Shirt puts his hand on press speaker's shoulder to push him up the street. No real use of force that I can see, but press speaker's body moves down and sideways and he stumbles a bit. At TS 00:57 White Shirt turns toward the camera and says, "That's it. Dave, no more warnings." And motions at Helmet #2264 to arrest the press speaker.
- Press Arrest: TS 01:16 White Shirt begins to remove press speaker's shoulder bag, and Helmet #1319 (could be #7319-first number is worn nearly away) moves to assist. TS 01:35 #3653 holsters his baton once press speaker's arms are behind his back. #1319 now has his arm across press speaker's chest, while #2264 holds his hands and #7359 handcuffs him (sounds like cuffs, not zipties). #7359 pats him down (with TARU camera going for a close up of press speaker's face), then he and #1319 escort him north toward Cortlandt Street. #1319 has possession of press speaker's shoulder bag.
- TS 03:09 Police officer shouting angrily, "Get off the wall now". TARU camera pans to the left where a photographer is standing on the cement stairwell entrance for MTA. Gets close camera shot of him (for later arrest?).
- TS 03:33 Press speaker is put in paddy wagon, his shoulder bag thrown in after him. Camera moves away to capture images of all the photographers there on the corner taking pictures. Megaphone man walks back to photographers and says, "Anyone who is blocking the sidewalk, or blocking the street will be placed under arrest." Note: They are standing inside barricades. Not sure how they can be blocking but barricades are not.
- TS 04:14 (Winskisec?) White shirt comes over and says, "I need a line right here". Police begin to move in as photographers scatter. Definitely wanted no recorded witness of what was to occur. Megaphone man: "PLEASE clear the street and the sidewalk. Failure to comply will result in arrest."
- TS 04:38 Cops using shields to back citizens away from the barricades, across Cortlandt Street. At TS 04:47 Woman who will be arrested in a few seconds makes her first appearance (at right of the screen), appears to be chanting with the crowd, "All Day. All Week. Occupy Wall Street."
- TS 04:51 Cuffed man is rushed through the newly formed police line by two cops. He's being prodded in the back with either a nightstick or baton. At TS 04:53 you can see the same cop push him hard (toward the paddy wagon?), a disgusted look on his face. Someone calling out, "Shame. SHAME".
- TS 04:59 Far left side, you can see the next arrest. Woman is in all black skirt/dress/suit and is calling out as she moves south across Cortlandt Street, opposite direction of one the cops are herding people in.
- Arrest -TS 05:03 White Shirt passes her, says "Take her out", and pushes her toward helmet #3579 for arrest. She stumbles, then moves forward toward White Shirt, who turns around talking. Helmet #xx17 already had hold of her left arm, possibly why she was off balance and stumbled. Now #xx17 reaches up, grabs a fistful of her hair and yanks her backward - hard enough to pull her whole upper body back, head is off screen. Moves his hand to the back of her jacket for a better grip as they move off screen.
- I couldn't figure out what it was about this scene that seemed creepily sexual to me at first. Tall cop's expression seemed inappropriate. After running it a few times, I caught a flash of her butt and thighs during this struggle right before she was moved left and off camera. Something leery in tall cop's watching face. Yuk.
- TS 05:23 Someone off camera saying "Settle down" and a woman is moaning "No. No." TS Camera moves left to watch same woman as above being cuffed. Megaphone comes over and says "Stop Resisting. Failure to comply will result in additional charge of resisting arrest. Place your hands behind your back so they can cuff you." Hands were behind her back before that warning was given.
- TS 05:22 The woman is crying, saying "Please stop. Please stop. Please let me go home. I live on xx Street. Let me go home. I have to go to work tomorrow." So much for the "Get a Job" chant. End of film records her face as she looks next to the cameraman and says, "It's not funny! You're laughing, but it's not funny". No, it's not.
