Firstly, I wanna say everything looks super lovely! My only issue is I think you need to tone down some of the decoration you have on the plot - namely the hay and rose bushes; there's just a few too many. But it's a lovely looking plot and I'm happy you know what you're doing in terms of decoration!

Secondly, your tree - I love the shape the trunk has, but the leaves need some fixing.
Use a brush for your leaves with a high percentage of air included. This gives a more natural look to the tree, and also shows the branches, which makes it more realistic. I also recommend this on the smaller trees too.
